I've searched for an hour for a decent Reminiscing cover. It's a hard song for both the lead and backup vocals. You nailed it! And props to the rhythm guitar for actually getting the rhythm right.
Wow, this was an incredible cover. I know this isn’t exactly a song that will cause a mosh pit, but FFS, crowd, a little more applause. You got an exceptional performance.
You’re the best band to play this song. You played extremely well. Great bass and great vocals. I think the vocals at 1:55 were outstanding. I’m only 14 but I still think it was amazing
Reminiscing of walking through the park without having to wear a ritual shame muzzle and being harassed by busy-bodies about killing their grandma for not complying with corporate policy.
Hey, found the Trumpsucking booger eating shitkicker. You keep listening to people who didn't graduate highschool that couldn't post a grammatically correct Facebook post if their lives depended on it. I'll be over here with the doctors and scientists. Of course you will be with them too because it's always the science denying rubes who injected horse laxative and Drain-O who end up in the hospital dying of Covid. And it's always the pro-life anti-abortion batshits screaming "Government ain't orderin' me around none! This is my body, my health, my choice!" Classic conservative hypocrisy.
Wish he didn't say "Porter's" tune. "And that Porter tune" as in Cole Porter. I guess he thinks some cleaning guy has tunes that make people dance across the room.
Stephanie Grow how do you mean? We feel the hi hat work is excellent. Of course I can’t tell your tone. You might just be commenting sarcastically. Seems to me dotted 8th’s might give it a sluggish feel
@@davecampbell75 First, there shouldn't be a bassdrum on the 'and' of beat 2 (thinking in 12/8 time, where each beat is a dotted quarter, where the snare beats are on beats 2 and 4, and the 'and' of a beat is the 4th sixteenth note - there are 6 sixteenth notes per beat in 12/8 time). It should be at the last (6th) sixteenth note of beat 2 or not at all. You can find the "compound quadruple" time signatures at: advancedmusictheory.weebly.com/time-signatures.html Secondly, on the hi-hat comment, I've since seen two renditions of the hi-hat groove that are basic dotted eighths (my comment above should have said "sixteenths on the hi-hat"): The live version by LRB here is rather uncomplicated: ruclips.net/video/WApQydcBcq0/видео.html The drum instructional by Jon Biggs here uses snare fill-in to get that sixteenth feel:' ruclips.net/video/WLM_17Shih8/видео.html So I suppose I could be wrong on my hihat comment (as a requirement for the groove to work). Obviously a lot of factors come into play that can make or break a groove - including what the bass guitar is doing (I believe Glenn says in the live recording that the bass guitarist Wayne Nelson is new with the band; AND his groove is impeccable). In support of my comment, I'm working on a hihat groove of the busy type, but I need to try Jon Biggs approach before I make a ruling on that. Hope this helps. Oh and of course the bass drum on the 3rd and 4th sixteenths of beats 3 (mandatory) and 4 (optional but usually there).
@@davecampbell75 Also I probably steered your response "dotted 8ths might give it a sluggish feel", since by now we both know you probably meant sixteenths. And yes, generally when things get too busy it can get sluggish. No sarcasm. You guys sound good otherwise.
@@davecampbell75 wow, didn't know this was the berklee som channel. I saw lrb do this live in 1976 and yours has the the right feel whether its technically identical to original recording or not.
That guy's a damn good singer.
With Glenn Shorrock's hair and Beeb Birtles' glasses. :-)

Excellent 👍.... Singer’s voice is 🔥🔥
I love this song. It reminds me of when I was a teenager just going out for the first time. It was forty years ago, seems like yesterday.

David Campbell el comentario que me mandaste no lo encuentro! Gracias
So good...
nice vocals
Wow! that was a great vocal! great band too but the singer had an awesome chops! x
Proof of time travel..... These guys are obviously visiting from the 70s
Ahh yes the 70's ...when people played their own instruments .....unlike the crap today. Good stuff here. very nice cover
wow great musos !!!
Bravo bravo brevísimo! Wow!! So awesome man!!!! Damn!!!!
Best cover ever of this song.I think I like this better than LRB. You guys are really tight. Props to lead vocals.
legofan12345678100 not really. They couldn’t get the chorus smoothly (the “hurry don’t be late” part).
Awesome thanks ❤️✝️🇺🇸
I often wonder how its done....then I see this. Now I know.
Excellent
FODA DE MAIS!!!
perfect
Is there music downloadable
Exquisite….
The only mix thing that can be tweaked is to raise the level on that highest voice when singing, “Hurry don’t be late…”
This is about as close to the real deal as youre ganna find
Wow dude sings exactly like him! The eq for the band is amazing too!! Is he like lrb singer or something ?
We got Mac on the drums
Класс!!!
The difference between this n 1983 is these guys got GoPro clipped at guitars.....nice
Nice cover but nobody can do those great harmonies of Birtles, Shorrock & Goble.
Doing a far better job than the current LRB lineup, I like this they did a great job!
not a bad cover for sure
Not bad.

Lead singer did a great job. Musicians were great too. Chorus voices needs more work
It's not a rap song. You need more dotted eighths on the hi-hat.
