Hello, Italian here! Just so you know at 59:28 that sign "Sposato Mario" is what I believe is called in english a death notice! I don't know if this is something still used in other countries, but usually when someone dies (in this case it's Mario Sposato, RIP) they put around the neighbourhood these notices with info about the funeral so people can attend it! I honestly don't know if it's something that other countries also do and a quick search on the internet really didn't give me a lot of info on it, so I would love to hear about it!

We call them νεκρόσημα, or αγγελτήρια θανάτου/κηδείας/μνημοσύνου, and sometimes for memorial services there will be more than one peron mentioned in these notices, (since memorial services after the usual 3-day, 15-day and 40-day memorial services are usually held on convenient days and times for the remaining family and friends, and therefore can be shared for multiple deceased).

When Toulouse came up I immediately recognized the square, which was a weird experience as someone who has only been abroad once. The square is a beautiful area which usually has lots of street vendors (you can see their tents across from the Google cam).
