In the back of my mind I've been thinking about how to build a small speed plane. Great job on this one! I love the sound and adrenaline of flying a quick plane.
What a little hot rod,good save on the last flight,pushing the envelope with these tiny speedsters.
Gotta love those synchronization issues with the esc. I've had the same issue before and it caused a meltdown of my electronics. This little gem seemed to be happy up to speed.

I did the math... Einstein’s Special Relativity says your speed limit will be 28% the speed of light. That is the speed when your 240g airplane will have a relativistic mass of 250g. So, be careful... if you go too fast, it’s no longer a sub 250g. 😝

My build runs a 2806 xing iflight motor 1300Kv on 6s. 1100mah battery
Excellent setup. Try an APC 7x9 trimmed down to 6" if you want some real speed.
I think you could gain quite a bit with a little more sophisticated prop trim job. Those thick, squared off ends are murder I bet.

Good idea but if you can’t see what the plane’s attitude is to control it you’re just gonna see where it crashes better.

Correct. The same things that make them great for quads allow us to go stupid fast with fixed wing planes.
