@@AutoAutopsy Other dark colours are almost as hard to detail as black. Personally super flash black cars should be garage queens as they don't get driven much. I just clean it before putting it away in the shed for the next use. That way I'm driving a clean car
After owning my Embassy Blue '91 900 for 25 years I swore I'd never have a dark color car again. Loved it when it was clean though. I traded it for my '06 9-3 Combi in silver.

So far I’m loving my black Kia Forte5 turbo hatchback with 6-speed manual, which replaced my highly unreliable gray Saab 9-5. Black, FYI, was the first and only color of the early Ford Model Ts. Black says “classic” like no other. They do get super hot in summer, though.

Even if you have a a silver Saab or different color car you can still see the chip paint my dad has a 1999 silver Saab and there’s chip paint at the front and you can still see it because when the the sun shines you can see the spots that don’t shine and it looks really bad

Blue and purple are my favorite - but black is an option you always can find (even on used cars) no matter the price range or car type you are looking for. Anyway: if you're going black, try to get a metallic or pearl black instead of a solid black paint job - those are the worst.

What about using a local professional painted Plasti 'Dip-your-Car' or do it yourself as you can peel it off later and change colors? There are so many options from matte colors schemes, semi-gloss, gloss, and highly reflective to have a 'chameleon' effect in the sunlight?

I have a 08 93 and its the Lazer red and I think its a fantastic color. Ive always seen black cars as looking more luxurious. However I know they show things more and are a pain to keep clean.
Cermanic paint protection works on fresh or cured surfaces. I do think it looks best on brand new paint but slows down further damage or premature aging
Great video! When I was shopping for an 08-09 9-5, I wanted a black one. When I saw one in person it did nothing for me. But what opened my eyes was how dirty is was. I opted for the Snow Silver Metallic...the best decision that I could have ever made. Sure it's a common color, but even when dirty it doesn't show much dirt. After 10 years it still looks bright and fresh. Will never buy a black car. That said, your TurboX looks incredible in black...the perfect color for that car.

Dude !!!! Black is the FASTEST color. It heats up fastest an remains hottest the longest, thus creating a thin hot layer of air on the car, thus making is more aerodaynamic. I am amazed you did not know this. My black Volvo is faster and more fuel economic compared to my dark blue Saab.
