no, the only difference is Non F version has Integrated graphics for display while F version doesn't and the games work on CPUs with integrated graphics but i'd recommend using a dedicated gpu if you also want to play on higher resolutions

emulators don't only use the CPU. the CPU is more important but you still need a real gpu to run anything 3D in RPCS3
