bro the fact that you can hear Midna’s heavy breathing even during the gameplay not just in the cutscenes, it makes the scene all the more heartbreaking and frantic, as if she’s *actually* gonna fuckin die if you aren’t fast enough
(PLAYS MINDAS LAMENT)
Yeah, I thought that we have a time limit, so I got frustrated every time I dropped from the ropes.
Up until 6:57 is where this event becomes less frantically dire, the enemy music completely ruins the emotion.
Not to mention Link literally snags a poe's soul to add to his collection along the way 🤦🏾♂️
@@MellowFellow269 DAH DAHNANANAAAAAAAAAAAA as Midna is slowly dying on his back
Im pretty sure they did that on purpose to not make it too dark or emotional. Otherwise, do you think you would be able to play this with the music playing and hearing her hang on to what's left of her life? I know for a fact I wouldn't be able to have passed this part without that annoying interrupting battle music
@@bovineapples3012 that would defeat the purpose of midna's lament and if you actually did just stop and quit at this point that would essentially be her demise rather than hurrying up to save her!
@@MellowFellow269 it's still good to hear the music. I think I put it on pause last time just to listen to the music 😆 I'm glad I found an extension of the song.
I am in love with Midna.
Best Zelda game ever.
Wish they gave saving midna a time limit to get to the castle.
9:10 to this day I can't believe they still haven't fixed that. Switching to the battle music completely kills the scene's tone.
Giving priority to Midna's Lament over other songs is not a hard fix. Kills my enjoyment of this scene every time.
Hopefully when they remake/remaster it for switch they address things like this
@@oerwhat It is already TP HD mate. Nintendo is known for releasing finished games and this released a decade later still.
I highly doubt they'd do anything to it at this point
I'm pretty sure they knew that. I agree 100% with you, but think about it. Can you really focus if the music kept playing with the panting? I'm sure I couldn't have focused if it did. 😭 this is truly her desperate hour.
Wow no comment shame on you 2,300 Viewers
Lol that’s what I thought, I’m here after watching the Tears of the Kingdom trailer 3 😅
Save the princess
it's ok to take a break my midna. Maybe play around as being yuri nakamura.
Make games untassable by making increasing the clock rate a free game variable.
This part Sad
Big sad fr😔
I played this game so many times every summer. My favorite Zelda game of all time personal.
