I'm fortunate that I'll have a Commander Core XT to attach the strips to within the 7000X case I'm building my new rig with; I was going to chuck the module away in favour of an iCUE Link QX fan setup, so I'm grateful for the added utility. I reckon that the cable clips don't accommodate three strips seamlessly is because they were designed with the slimer Type 5 cables in mind, like with their new ATX 3.0 Shift PSU's. Thanks for the review.
I think most do not take the time to learn how to use IQue. The multiple layers allows you to do almost anything you want. aside from the reassembling effect that was demonstrated i did not see anything I could not do in IQue
Hi mbrosenb86, I agree, I'd like to see an updated version of this that includes the extension cable itself.....along with and icue link adapter cable. Thanks for watching and your support!!!
Hi fox-hound-yt7sj , I haven't had any notable problems with TT RGB PLUS or Lconnect with icue. I don't really run TT RGB plus often with icue though. Are you having a specific problem? Does it resolve when you shut down tt rgb plus?
Hi joemazza1426, I saw those on Amazon, but I have not used or seen them in person. I will pickup a set and check those out! Thanks for the recommendation and your support!!
corsair wtaf........ these should have been link compatible ffs, no one is buying these when they have icue link, that was the entire reason ppl like/want icue link, far less cable management and much smaller hubs to control everything. no point wasting money on that if it doesnt work with icue and either needs the adapter to 5v or plugs into your rgb hub
Hi 123TheCloop, I couldn't agree more with that. I can see why Corsair would use the solution they did so they open it up to everybody, but it should have come with the icue link adapter cable. (Hopefully they release one) But, I can see where Corsair might be hesitant to do that as well, as that adapter cable would open the door to using lots of other RGB devices with icue link as this adapter would have to allow a higher number of LED's to be used. It's this type of thinking that frustrates everybody when looking at lighting. We'll probably see a iCUE link version of this at double the price, haha! Thanks for watching!!!
What CORSAIR really needs to do is finally get the software to work. What's the gauge size of the MB and GPU power wires? I sure hope it's not 18 gauge.

Did you ever get a solution to the artifacting?
I want to see a link version that is not a clip, but the actual extension cable
