I worked for many years making solar cells for satellites used in the "Iridium" global cell phone system (0:56). It failed because it didn't work well and you can't update satellites for new technology and it was very expensive ($7/minute). I got to spend time working in Europe with a free rental car though and that was cool.
It's kind of funny, and sad at the same time, seeing "No Man's Sky" there. Also, it is interesting seeing the "Walkman" for LP discs as a faliure, with the "comeback" it is having now. Cool to see these different types of museums. I might try to go to USA in the next few months (after more than 20 years x_x), since I'm in a "long duration forced vacation" (aka unemployed), so I might as well try to visit some places like that.
Thanks! I always provide the link with information in the description of the video. I try to avoid putting prices because that stuff changes, but the link will always have the correct up to date info.
Really interesting, I would like to visit. Everything was not a failure. Atari started the home video game craze. The Zune was popular. Just someone came out with a better product. BTW I know you’re perfect, don’t need to tell me😊
I was looking for, "Dime Museum Stories," - this is a podcast of stories based upon artifacts in the Dime Museum. I can't find that podcast and --pad is so hard to use I can't play it or find it again.
It would be cool if you did a video of a show called Cosmic Fest II in San Diego on January 20th. I can provide all the info if you are interested in going
And you failed with this video...Just kidding! Fun video! What a great idea and topic to cover. Did you have a favorite failed item in there? Good my job my friend. :)
Haha wow my heart almost stopped... what?? I failed!?! LOL 😅 Thank you!! The hula chair has always been a fav. But the Delorean is a dream car so while it’s my favorite item, I’m sad it isn’t around at every traffic light.

That part when you said "I have no failures. I'm perfect." I started dying 😂😂😂
I know it’s hard to feast your eyes upon perfection but please don’t die. 💙😂
Romina You're my favorite person on RUclips. One day I'd like it bump into you just to talk 😂 Never, your videos give me life! 💝
Well I do travel a lot so maybe one day our paths will cross. Go to VidCon! You’ll be sure to see me there. (:

I did not see one!
Thanks for not showing the portrait of me in your video. You're very kind.

Honestly, it's been my life goal to own a little miss no name, for years! It's so terrifyingly adorable 😂
Omg. If you ever buy one show me a pic of her on Twitter loll I don’t think I’d want one of those in my house 😅😕
Will do! 😂
Wow! I wanted a virtual boy so bad when i was a kid. Glad i never spent the money on it now! Haha!
Haha yea it probably would have been something you used once and be done with it!
But if I did and I saved it, I could sell it to a museum or collector for a small fortune! Lol!

Yea that was a little sad... but like I said in the video some of these products were questionable as far as their failure status 🤷🏻♀️
..yeah I wouldn't sit in that chair either ... #awkward
You should put down the price of admission, great show =)

Haha thank you!! 😅 Yes Atari was very popular, but in the video it was the ET edition that failed!
Romina I never heard of an ET edition, no wonder it failed Haha 😉❤️

That sounds neat! Unfortunately I’m a bit too far from San Diego right now to make it in time. Thanks for letting me know!
No worries, I’ll keep you posted if there’s more
That was hilarious.
Thank you 😅

I saw this video game console Apple Pippin by Bandai. Sadly this console lost to Microsoft's Xbox console.
