Rocky Mountain Scenic Drive Breckenridge to Colorado Springs 4K

2 hours of Colorado Rocky Mountain scenic driving from Breckenridge to Colorado Springs. We begin in Breckenridge and head on Colorado Route 9 up Hoosier Pass where we climb to over 11,500' in elevation before meeting up with U.S. Route 24 and making our way to downtown Colorado Springs.
This drive was filmed in early April.

It's beautiful as you can see the white snowy mountains in the distance. It looks like there is dry air.

2 years ago. I drove from Denver Airport to Buena Vista (Rt 285). Stayed at Mt P Resort. Awesome!! Then drove to CS (Rt24).Love Colorado Springs, would like to live there.

This is the route we took leaving Breckenridge; we would have taken this route arriving at Breckenridge but the bridge was out; we try to avoid I-70 if at all possible

It's a nice route with great scenery. I-70 can be dangerous with bad traffic for sure!
