How would you even begin balancing this guy without neutering what makes him so terrifying? The only thing I can think of is having his suit severely damaged, requiring him to sustain himself with the force and limiting his force powers to short, but terrifying bursts. The glowing lightsaber could give his exact position away, making him easier to hide from, but make escaping him very difficult from a skilled player. Imagine thinking you're about to drop a pallet on the chaser, but Vader forces it to fall on you instead. I don't think even all these changes would do him justice, nor would it be balanced.
It think it would be cool if his lightsaber is off when he's not in chase but when he finds a survivor he turns the lightsaber on, kinda like how Ghostface changes his animation.
I mean, Vader enjoys creating fear. Chasing around some random schmoes isn't exactly when he should be compelled to use his full strength. For his abilities, he builds rage by some method, probably survivors doing disruptive things like completing gens or pallet stunning him. At varying levels of rage he can use the force on survivors. At level one he just pulls them towards him a tad in a burst, at the next level he can continually pull them towards him, and at max he can damage them for a health state by choking them. Each level uses a level and has an increasing cooldown. As a secondary ability he can turn off his lightsaber and disable his terror radius, leaving only his breathing to be heard. If he turns it back on out of chase while someone is in his immediate terror radius and looking at him, they scream and become exhausted for a few seconds.
Give him two stormtroopers like nemesis zombies who call out and shoot at you. Survivors get lightsabers but can't block every shot. Legendary skin would be anakin with two 501st clone troopers.
My lord if dead by day light added a Vader mode of the game I would definitely play it and it would be terrifying just imagine seeing him like in rogue one coming down a very very dark alley or room and just see him ignite his lightsaber it would drive anyone into fear and want to run

Although he can damage Survivors closer to him, he is uncontrollable and can bump into walls or pallets. *3) Misdirection:* using the Dark Side, the Fallen can destroy or drop pallets on survivors, block entrances and even lockers, though he can only do it with one target. *Mori:* The Fallen pulls the Survivor in front of him, looks at his victim face-to-face, and says: _I found your lack of air... satisfying._ He then chokes the terrified Survivor to death. *2 New Survivors:* *- Leia Organa.* The rogue princess of the Rebel Alliance. A great tactician and latent Force user, she went through many trials of fire, even before Han's death and Luke's departure. I don’t play dead by daylight, but why not have Obi Wan be the survivor? Since Vader tries to hunt down all the Jedi and Vader and Obi Wans history I think he would be the best choice for a survivor (from What I know about DBD, like I said I don’t play it)

I feel like you would either have a heart attack before Vader could even get close or he’d force choke you. Like the rebels from that one ship they saw before they all died.

After Vader deceiving and killing Luke Skywalker, that same day, like he did before the events of Mustafar when first embracing the Dark side, except now killing every living entity in the conceivable galaxy, including former allies and members of the Galactic empire, until Vader was the only life left. But this wasn’t enough for Vader, he wanted more than just the complete abundance of life in the universe, so in his last attempt of satisfaction, Vader manipulated the dark side of the force to create a Universe destroying black hole, even if it were to take him out in the process. After the black hole destroyed the majority of the universe, Vader stood on Mustafar waiting for his final demise as the black hole was to take his life, minutes away from the black hole engulfing the last of the galaxy, Vader heard a whisper from a strange being, Vader confused as he made sure of being the last being in the Universe questioned it and what it was. Their was a brief pause, as the “thing” took an incomprehensible manifestation, something Vader had never seen and was intrigued by as force attacks didn’t work on it. “Take your place at my side, I can offer torture and destruction on an infinite scale”. loved the way you slightly put the start of the imperial march but not all of it, that's genius, like all the killers that have a slightly vive of the original soundtrack but modified, Great job. (his power must be to grab a survivor with the force and threw it at a direction in front of him or something like that, and you know about the choke mori)
It's excellent storytelling, as if the survivors know what this guy is about, but they don't know everything about him, as if musical themes are really your mind remembering everything about someone
You know, had I been asked back in 2016 if DbD would have Sci-Fi killers, I'd have said no, but now, with the Singularity, Xenomorph and even the addition of Vecna from D&D, Vader is slowly seeming to be more of a possibility like he could be added

Fits way to well to be a killer in dead by daylight it’s not even funny he would honestly be a perfect fit in every regard plus with the brand of star lords it would be a if snag for the game 100%, only reason I’m worried on its possibility is if Disney would let it happen. The entity nerfs a lot of the killers in ways like lowering their strength. This is to prevent them from killing the survivors too quickly.

After the black hole destroyed the majority of the universe, Vader stood on Mustafar waiting for his final demise as the black hole was to take his life, minutes away from the black hole engulfing the last of the galaxy, Vader heard a whisper from a strange being, Vader confused as he made sure of being the last being in the Universe questioned it and what it was. Their was a brief pause, as the “thing” took an incomprehensible manifestation, something Vader had never seen and was intrigued by as force attacks didn’t work on it. “Take your place at my side, I can offer torture and destruction on an infinite scale”. Vader replied, “Ill destroy you just as I did to this galaxy if your trying to deceive me”.
This but in game you also hear his breathing get closer, and he has another skin where he’s battle damaged and wheezes and groans instead
loved the way you slightly put the start of the imperial march but not all of it, that's genius, like all the killers that have a slightly vive of the original soundtrack but modified, Great job. (his power must be to grab a survivor with the force and threw it at a direction in front of him or something like that, and you know about the choke mori)
It's excellent storytelling, as if the survivors know what this guy is about, but they don't know everything about him, as if musical themes are really your mind remembering everything about someone
He could have skills such as throwing a saber, hanging using the Force and a patience bar that when it runs out he uses his full evil potential.

You know, had I been asked back in 2016 if DbD would have Sci-Fi killers, I'd have said no, but now, with the Singularity, Xenomorph and even the addition of Vecna from D&D, Vader is slowly seeming to be more of a possibility like he could be added

I’d lean on the with 100% that’s the idea I had in my head, I feel like it not only symbolizes the character like the other 2 you mentioned but add to that overall focus on the presence Vader is without being too too on the nose

Fits way to well to be a killer in dead by daylight it’s not even funny he would honestly be a perfect fit in every regard plus with the brand of star lords it would be a if snag for the game 100%, only reason I’m worried on its possibility is if Disney would let it happen.
