Very nice to see how to throw a pumpkin. What fun! I am a female hobbyist, recently retired from my career as a nurse. So back to pottery! I am enjoying the process but still learning everyday. Would you kindly share your bat system? I have limited space and those look so much smaller and easy to work with. Kind regards, Hazel-Rose studio, in Central Missouri.
I’m not a thrower, but this was fun to watch! Love the part when you push the stem down. That’s when the pumpkin magic happens! I think going with one clay and using engobes is really smart.
You did a great video but I would zoom out a bit. We can’t see what you’re doing on top or when you show us how you hold your hands. Just a suggestion no judgement😊

That’s the problem with recording yourself 😂 once I realized, I was all done making the pumpkins!
I still really enjoyed it. ❤
These are so cute! I love them! And they look like giant cloves of garlic before you push the stem down, which is also adorable!
Thank you 😊
Could you do a video and maybe zoom out a little bit so we could see how you make your stems on your beautiful pumpkins?
Yes I will next time I make pumpkins! I’ll get Todd to help next time 😂
How much clay are you using?
2-3 lbs
@@undsethpottery thank you, they’re beautiful!
@@hickoryhillfarm4721 thank you 😊
@@undsethpottery How thick is your clay when you collar in. I love to make these, but I need a lot more practice lol. I just love pumpkins
