Fantastic! i actually thought this video was ganna be crap because you dressed casual and have messy hair but you show musical skills, you played very well and seemed to have hit the notes at the right time to give the listener the right emotions!
While listening to this I had the realization that the electric violin sounds very similar to the erhu. I have always thought that the electric string instruments have a somewhat muted sound but I actually really liked it here since it mimicked the erhu very nicely.

I understand your concern, but the fact is I didn't had an erhu at my disposal, so I cheated with my electric violin to produce similar sounds.

I did this on purpose. I recorded the electric violin, but then I used the equalizer to cut some frequencies to make it sound more like the erhu.
