Jan-Chris has an amazing style of singing. Brutal as hell, understandable, mixture between growling and roaring. A little bit like Piotr from Vader. + great music, brutal and groovy = epic band.

In my very humble opinion, Gorefest is one of the best deathmetal bands. Great music, and some of the very best lyrics in death metal (sarcasm? yes. criticism?yes). What's not to love? And tyhese guys live? It's a f*c^king treat. May they do their thing for a long long time.
I was lucky enough to see them in Almería, Spain in 2007, the perfect death metal show, opened with "The Glorious Dead" and closed with "Confessions Of A Serial Killer". Perfect set, perfect sound, not too much crowd and couple of whiskey bottles, what else could i ask? Ah BTW Ed Warby is a cool down to earth guy.
There's a few bands that make me feel real thing. GOREFEST is one of them. One of my childhood band. I am proud that I have limited edition shirt with them💪

Album La Muerte is one of the best album ever and specially For the Masses is incredible song! I like this! It makes me very unhappy that Gorefest end its carrer .
Love this song, especially those heavy riffs at the end in combination with the drums. Only one point of ctitisism... the song is like 10 minutes too short, that outro should be much longer. Added favorite... ROCK ON!
