I got engaged this January, having my wedding September, to my future wife, what process should I take to bring my Beautiful Girlfriend to the US to live with me,
On return from honeymoon you submit application for spouse visa. Best practice is that we start working a few months in advance of your trip, so that we can submit your application IMMEDIATELY on your return. That way you minimize your separation time while waiting for the visa to be approved.
+santiagor1970 If what you are saying is true, then that is fantastic. While I certainly have had many cases approved by USCIS in less than a month. I have never seen a case that ended in a visa issuance that fast. So what I guess is you are referring only to USCIS, which is only one step, NOT the visa being actually issued. Thats a common mistake, usually by those who want to impress, but without telling the WHOLE and relevant story. Send me a copy of the NOA1 and also the K1 visa, and I will explain to you how long the process REALLY took.
What is a DR? If you mean fiancee, then go to www.visacoach.com/k1-fiance-visa-two-year-rule/ for an explanation of the two year in-person meeting rule. and go to www.visacoach.com/waiver-k1-fiancee-visa-in-person-meeting/ for an explanation on possible waivers to the two person rules.

VisaCoach.com has plenty of information on the amount of money required. And if you want a smooth process, then you should consider hiring VisaCoach to provide full support for your spouse visa case. Our current fee is only $1,295 start to finish.
I just got engaged to my fiancé who stays in Santo Domingo. Is the K1 visa process going to be delayed or more difficult since Trump is in office? How long is this process going to take for her to get here.
Congratulations on finding a GF from DR. Once you have met her, and she is your fiancee, not just a GF, reach out to me and I can help you apply to get her, her fiance visa.
At the interview the consular officer must be convinced that you and your fiance are a bone fide couple. Usually part of that test is to check whether or not you speak a common language. If you both speak Spanish or any other language then english is not important. HOWEVER if you only have English in common then she is likely to be tested to prove you two could converse.
It is recommended that you have a "genuine" relationship married or engaged, and that you present evidence that convinces the immigration officer you are genuine. What I am saying is that it is not good enough to only be genuine, you need to be genuine and convincing about your genuineness
Visa Coach thank you for the info.she keeps telling me they will give her a visa in dominican republic if married there.but i told her after paperwork of k1 fiance visa we get 90 days to get married in usa.
I am 19 years old, I'm I old enough to bring my boyfriend to the U.S.?
Yes you can, providing the laws where you live permit you to marry at 19.

Congratulations on the engagement. The average time for a fiance visa is now about 8 to 10 months. Before Trumps changes it took about 5 to 7.
