I have high-school age kiddos and I got the “do what you need to be okay” tapestry! I also have been on a lifestyle change program (science + behavior based) for weight loss and it’s all about eating when you are really hungry and it has really helped me a ton. Just make sure you stay hydrated in between ✌🏽💛
To save paper, just print one page to test size and then if it's right, print the rest. Also if you know the dimensions you need, you should be able to see the measurements on PPT to know if it's right. I love those pocket charts!!

Yes I definitely should have done that haha 😂 I always pay attention to dimensions on PowerPoint but I misremembered from what I read on Amazon 🤦🏼♀️
