It's more sensible to have her sing Korean songs than those with English lyrics. It doesn't discount her voice being amazing, but it would be nicer if like other artists with English lyrics her sounds were clear at least the majority of the time. Training is key. For recorded pieces, though, there's not much of an excuse. For live shows, it's much more forgivable, but why not do what you're most able to do perfectly? I assume her native language is better, stronger, and there's no shortage of phenomenal Korean music to choose from, no matter how amazing the likes of Beyonce, Adele etc are. It's like they treat English as some exotic cheap thrill when most certainly don't feel as thrilled when their own language is slurred and mispronounced. It's not the Beatles era of singing She Loves You in German and getting away with it being corny sounding :P

She is Park Da Eun a.k.a Klang (stage name) and she is one of the most amazing singer who has one of the best voice ever! She now sings OSTs for k-dramas and one of her famous OST is Pray from Angel's last mission: love, which I'd recommend you to check out (both the drama and the OST are AMAZING!)

@Suho you dont have to throw your insult when it is a fact. I'm not a fan of Twice but i had seen their performances out of curiosity. It was really bad to be straightforward if they sang live. if you said its hard to sing and dance at the same time, that was BS. There are many groups and artists out there who are do both and can at least sing. E.g. Beyonce, Big Bang especially Taeyang, BTS (not a fan but yeah), BOA, MAMAMOO, Winner, Ikon, Kard and many more. I dont know the definition of idols to be just dancers? fusionstar916 yes, idols are. But for twice. Aside from "singing" or "dancing" or "acting cute" is there anything else they can do??? Compared to other groups who has members that, yes, cant also sing, but can act, actually dance, can play an instrument, can MC, can be a part of a variety show because they will not act spoiled or picky, has a brain, an entreprenuer, can write, can paint, can compose, etc. Of course, you can defend them. But most idols train for these before they debut not after. And there is a reason why Twice earned the title of the most pretty girl group but has no talent.
If all of those korean agency remove their stereotypes of female singer should sing with soft voice, singers like this girl would have been very famous in korea. Please acknowledge more singer like this!!
You have to be unique tho. Try to look for more Korean artists. There are many good artists in various genres. Plus Korea is authentic country we have things on our own.

@Suho you dont have to throw your insult when it is a fact. I'm not a fan of Twice but i had seen their performances out of curiosity. It was really bad to be straightforward if they sang live. if you said its hard to sing and dance at the same time, that was BS. There are many groups and artists out there who are do both and can at least sing. E.g. Beyonce, Big Bang especially Taeyang, BTS (not a fan but yeah), BOA, MAMAMOO, Winner, Ikon, Kard and many more. I dont know the definition of idols to be just dancers? Then why do they call themselves singers in the first place? their popularity was insane in Korea that no one could deny but based on what? please enlighten me?

Compared to other groups who has members that, yes, cant also sing, but can act, actually dance, can play an instrument, can MC, can be a part of a variety show because they will not act spoiled or picky, has a brain, an entreprenuer, can write, can paint, can compose, etc.
Of course, you can defend them. But most idols train for these before they debut not after.
