I'm am constantly impressed with the quality of life improvements you keep adding to this game. My Legacy Pool was filled and I stopped playing a few months ago, but this feature alone is enough to make me want to play again.
I sincerely hope SoD3 will incorporate the passion from SoD2 and isn't just microsoft pushing for more console sales. You guys are the last hope that there is some good in the game development world. I believe in you. 🙏
What you said is false. There are other good devs: ea motive, Bohemia, tango gworks, etc. I can understand if this is probably the only game you do play. What's your case for "microsoft pushing for more console sales"?

The second one really suffered in the first half with lazy design. I play all kinds of games and have been for 26 years. Sure ofc there are some devs that are true, but I'm more speaking for myself and my interests, which in my own perspective are the games of deeper value. FOR ME. If you don't think the game development climate is awful, I would ask you the same thing. I definitely understand if you have games and developers you love, and I envy you for that. However for me, every series I hold dear to me has betrayed me for sales and the casual complainers. SoD team has been my only exception so far after Fromsoftware blew it with Elden Ring. The game was fine for any nornal dev, but it was a huge slap in the face to pve and pvp players who take the series deeper. Anyway, glad you get what you want out of these developers and I truly do wish that magic was still there for me.
You can use one of those save slots to hold legacys. I once used a save to put in 3 legacys just to make room for incoming new ones. Now that we can call them in (Finally, woo). A save could hold 10-12 maybe. Eh, maybe more like 9.

Great improvements to the best game ever! I now ask you to please add at least 5 new faces to both male and female characters. Also some male characters should have facial hair. In an apocalypse many men would have full beards. Doing this will add greatly to the game. I have many good characters that look the same despite having different clothes.

One could build a trainer community to outfit new survivors before sending them to their next home. I have a couple of survivors with the loves to mentor trait which passively increases training speed of all skills by 33%. And if you have a lounge 3 with a gym and shooting range you can max out skills of new survivors really quickly. Give them good weapons and things to sell to cover the cost for recruiting them to the next community and bam you'll have high tier survivors in all communities. It will also feel more like you're role playing an actual community of survivors across maps. You can have one community at lundegaard which produces tons of materials and parts and another at Trumbull Valley that makes tons of plague samples to trade among themselves. And another with lots of ammo and fuel outposts that specializes in making ammo and explosives, etc.
This opens up the possibility of having missions that require certain 5th skills (check the current group and legacy pool to activate). An enclave needs a Surgeon to save a member, an Enclave needs and Auto mechanic to repair their car. etc. The reward could be access to related trade items for a few days.
So I can simply 'Farm' a dream team in green, then send them all to the legacy pool. Start a new game at a higher difficulty and work to bring them in. Might make that first lethal play through very interesting. BTW - Been revisiting zombie games and between this and Days Gone (PC) I'm having a blast. I was originally trying to understand the legacy system/pool and how it integrates during the end game. I wanted to send all the survivors to this pool after beating the game but don't want to miss that opportunity if the game just ends with cut-scene/credits and no option to outfit/stock inventory on them before doing so after the final 'Leader Legacy' siege mission.
Glad to see all this polish on a game which might have gotten 'finished' upon launch date! When will you upload the entire 4/18/22 vid, rather than snippets?
is it weird that i want to be able to go head to head with my old legacy survivors?? like a legacy leader and their community vs. my new leader and community battling to the end(esp. if they have conflicting ideologies). i think that would be so fun.
hope the other communities in the map evolve over time and when we help them the really evolve and do an impacts on the game world and get bigger and every community also has a leader and goals they try to achieve and most important when i take some one to help me he heal him self over time or let us heal them put anyway i appreciate the improvements you keep adding really your love and passion for the game make me more and more love the game and keep me playing keep it up and hoping the best for you guys🥰🥰

For some reason it keeps telling Me Unbound Send to legacy pool for some reason it won't let me send anybody to my legacy pool anymore This Unbound stuff is only a New problem for some reason and I Can't see how to unbound...So how do I Unbind my characters?
please add an update where we can choose the traits, names, and/or looks of our characters. i dislike modding since theres a chance the file would be corrupted or would not be supported on upcoming updates, so please let the base game have these features here are some other suggestions: roleplaying costumes like: Doctor, researcher, etc.
You want to know what I really want in this game is for you guys to fix the glitch where you get stuck, searching either vehicles trunks or in containers . It’s so damn annoying. Or at least when you’re stuck in one spot for a long time, make it so zombie spawns in attack you so a free up that happened once currently watching my player sit there search and search and search and can’t do a damn thing to stop it 😡👎
My community name is the holy crap squad 😂 I was so surprised that was in the game one of my best survivors debatably my best is a red talon physician I’ll never find a medical survivor like her so if she dies then that would be completely devastating for my community
I love this new possibility, but I would say I prefer if the coming and going are mini-missions where you need to go pick up the character from a map exit and bring them to your base safely or viceversa taking them to the maps' exit and clearing up whatever zombies are there. so it doesn't feel that "magical"

now if we could just double the size of the legacy pool to hold more survivors since we will get two more save slots.

This is such a cool addition, I just got back into playing and have wanted to group up my team of 6 from my first playthough since the beginning!
Being able to see whats in the legacy survivors inventory would be useful as well

i played this game so much I think only a new map would get me back into it.

standart keybind for sending characters to legacy pool does not work and i cant rebind the key. so at least for me the feature is broken

I'd like to see plaque heart sliders where you can choose how many plaque hearts you want on your map ranging from 10 to 99 plague hearts.
How about a trader where you can buy prestige points for influence points.....maybe 1000ip for 250 pp
