I keep seeing that you need a Layer 3 switch in order to do InterVLAN routing. However the CBS350 line is being sold as a "Layer 2 switch". 99% of the features of the SG3xx switches which were considered Layer 3, exist in the CBD350 line. So what feature or change was made to the CBS line that makes it a Layer 2 switch vs the Layer 3 SG3xx series? Some clarification from Cisco would be nice since I can find anything in the documentation. Either that or overlooked it.

Networkdesign would be nice ...First yout must activate Advanced Mode from Basic Mode ... In General SMB350 is a Layer 2 Switch ... Only when You activate in the Menu: VLAN Management > VLAN Settings > Edit Interface Settings >Switchport Mode Layer 3 you have a Layer 3 Switch over the Ports
Hi there, thanks for your question! To accomplish this, you can use the Private VLAN feature. This feature provides layer-2 isolation between ports, allowing ports that share the same broadcast domain to be isolated from each other while still being able to communicate with a primary VLAN. Here are the steps to set up Private VLANs: Go to VLAN Management > Private VLAN Settings. Click Add to create a new private VLAN. Enter the values for the following fields: Primary VLAN ID: Select a VLAN to be defined as the primary VLAN. This VLAN allows Layer 2 connectivity from promiscuous ports to isolated and community ports. Isolated VLAN ID: Use this VLAN to allow isolated ports to send traffic to the primary VLAN. Available Community VLANs: Move the VLANs you want to be community VLANs to the Selected Community VLANs list. Community VLANs allow Layer 2 connectivity from community ports to promiscuous ports and to community ports of the same community. Click Apply to save the settings. We hope this information helps!

So is this a Layer 2 with some Layer 3 features or a Layer 3 switch?

You can activate L3 with cli:
int gi1
no switchport
or int ran gi 1-8
no switchport
and how to connect this to router to get internet?
