if you ask me, configuring using GUI is much complicated, maybe because I often use CLI to configure things in switch and routers

The background music is load and distracting. The music ruined what could have been a great instructional video.

Why would someone perform all of that clicking and going through pages/dashboards when you can just type “switch port trunk native vlan 10” on the CLI and be done with it.

Because networking has changed alot over the last 10 years, and products like these are geared for SMB where you may have someone who isn't a hardcore CLI programmer, so simply tasks can be performed relatively easy with a GUI. It's about the user expereince now.

Yeah software locking everything about the hardware for a subscription fee even after you paid $7000 dollars for that 1 switch. Plus if that internal web server goes out than the device becomes literally useless - Plus you must’ve forgotten that not everything is gonna be supported by the gui (which makes it pointless when forced to be used).
If you can’t do a simple redirect solution because the gui doesn’t have a button for it then get that gui out my face and just give me the CLI where I can type 2 lines and be done with it.
Anybody can learn how to use Cisco’s CLI…it’s called CCNA.
      CLI OVER GUI ANYDAY.

Do I have to have a router that supports VLAN in order to do this? Or can it be done from the switch only?
