Had one with lysithea where I was leveling her up solo with magic bow and her spells, i went in without checking her magic bow's use before it broke and during the leveling process I used up all my spells. Then i remember I gave her thunderbrand as a joke since she could actually use it tho her MT stat is horrible, i then watched her crit 5 enemies in a row and dodge all the hits(this is the unit with one of the worst luck growths btw), and killed 7 units with no spells and magic bow
Odin Dark. I like Owain, but I like Odin more. I just fell in love with his personality, still being the theatrics and weapon-naming loving young man we know and love but now he is in my favorite class and is more mature and self aware of how everyone views him and how he acts. And he is such a kind man too. I love how he tried to summon one of Kagero's painted creature to the real world. You could feel Kagero's excitement through all of it, something she isn't renown for showing, and believing in Odin's capabilities even when fails ( the rain eventually washed the painting away yet she still believes he succeeded and her creature is out there somewhere ). He used his Dark Magic to give Selena vivid happy dreams, helping her rest and feel more at ease. Seeing Elise not only accepting and understanding his way of speaking but also embracing it, trying to speak it herself and both of them having a lot of genuine fun together. Camilla loving the name he gave to her armor and just be genuinely nice and caring to him, never judging him at all. All those interactions melt my heart and just makes me love him so much. He is also the only unit in FEFates to have custom colours for both his starting classes ( Dark Mage/Sorcerer and Samurai/Swordmaster )~ I also want to support him with how wrong he is treated by some other people. Like he said to Felicia, yes he has a weird way of speaking and acting, but there are other characters who would need someone to keep an eye on them more than him ( looking at you Peri ), and yet he is the one who has to deal with Felicia keeping HIM in check because others see him as weird. Also F!Corrin....Corrin, Corrin, Corrin, in here you are so INFURIATING !!! Seriously, the dialogues between these two are horrible and almost makes me want not to pair my avatar with him because of that. Like, she is constantly annoyed with how he acts and even forced him to DROP his theatrics to accept his proposal when this is a major part of why I wanted to pair with him. It's so screwed up, my boy doesn't deserve this... But yeah, just because of all that, Odin is and always will be my favorite unit~
Black Knight showing up in the second PoR cutscene and saying "Do you...want to die?" line when he threw his opponent a lifeline and they refused, then following with "Is that...all there is? No charge? No...resistance?" after one-shotting them definitely had me hooked on his character from the get go, which he continued to solidify by being the single most unstoppable force in the game, with even his final battle against Ike resting heavily in the hands of the player getting lucky. While I retrospectively prefer his FEH voice to his voice in PoR, that aforementioned cutscene continues to be one of my favorites, and Black Knight one of my favorite characters. Fargus is also low-key one of my other favorites for similar indominable-wall reasons, but Black Knight took that concept and extrapolated a much more interesting character out of that quality by giving it more time to shine.
For me my favorite moment Fe gameplay or moment fe3h was during the first time I played golden deer basically I was at the part of the game were you face edelgard in her throne room and considering how many enemies there were i wanted to cheese the fight so I thought of using warp and stride on a few of my units one being Hilda being the Wyvern lord class with a brave axe basically she one rounded edelgard with a brave axe with a 40% chance to hit and hit every single time one rounding edelgard genuinely for the first time playing golden deer and also Amelia capping her speed stat as a general for me playing sacred stones also for the first time lmao
