TECHNIQUE ON HOW TO GET DARK BLACK BUTTERCREAM: color your buttercream using black gel food color. Then, MICROWAVE it for "ONLY 3 SECONDS", then mix again. Do not microwave for a long time, otherwise your buttercream will melt. You can also do this technique to any dark color buttercream you want.
This is a 7-inch chocolate moist cake filled with yema and frosted in Swiss meringue Buttercream, decorated with edible silver luster dust and dragees.

Hello po, pwede po McCormick lemon extract. Pwede rin po water. Pero mas maganda po pag alcohol-based kasi mabilis mag evaporate ang alcohol kaysa sa water; at mas maganda din ang outcome pag alcohol based po. Thank you so much po for supporting mg channel😍

Hello Mary. I used black gel food color, then microwaved it for only "3 seconds". Microwaving creates darker buttercream color.
