Loughborough Town Centre Fair Afternoon Walkabout 12th November 2016 Revised Video

This video is a revised version of one which I uploaded to RUclips recently. Some people were unable to view that earlier version on their smartphones due to what I interpreted as various copyright matters with embedded music (???). I hope this movie plays OK on all devices as I have noted the restrictions. and amended the script accordingly to try and avoid any copyright infringements. Here is a c.40 minute video in which I walk around the Loughborough Town Centre Funfair on Saturday afternoon November 12th 2016. This is a walkabout which I have made a regular event over the past few years whenever the fair is in town. I hope to have captured for posterity some of the marvelous atmosphere at this historic event. Please excuse camera shake etc - it it quite difficult trying to keep filming and at the same time to manoeuvre within the bustling crowds. I open the video with two clippings from the Loughborough Echo newspaper to whom I give acknowledgements. The video starts off in Wards End and shows images as I walk towards the Market Place then branch off into Granby Street. The recording then continues within the Granby Street car park where there are some very interesting rides. Finally I continue to record images as I move into Market Street and then progress into the Market Place and finally into Swan Street. I thoroughly enjoy looking at what this fair has to offer but to be honest if I ventured on some of the rides i would be paralysed with fear. I still remember the days of the over the sticks, moon rocket, toboggan, cakewalk,big wheel etc. Those old rides now seem very tame compared to some of the present ones on display today. Anyway the best of British luck to anyone who ventures onto these exciting engineering masterpieces and hold on tight. Thank you
