Yes, take all threats seriously. But keep your legislation off the second amendment. The second amendment is to keep the government in line, not We The People. Also, mass shooters always choose the gun free zones.
Not sure what part of the world you are typing at us from, but over here in the United States of America, the Second Amendment was written in the absence of a standing army....we have had that in place for a few hundred years now. The irrelevance of the 2nd amendment aside, nobody is changing the U.S. Constitution anyway. And, sorry to burst your bubble, but your hero fantasy never plays out in real life like it does in your imagination. There were armed personnel present when Congresswoman Gabby Giffords was shot - who determined that they would have exacerbated the situation by engaging in a shootout. There were armed civilians present in the mass shooting at the movie theater in Aurora CO - who couldn't see or determine where the shots were coming from and would have shot more innocent patrons. There were armed guards present at the school shooting at Virginia Tech who determined that more people would have been shot had they engaged in a shootout. There was an armed sheriff on duty at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland FL who did nothing while a lone gunman shot 17 students and staff to death. Practically the entire police force waited outside while children were shot to death at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde TX. There were armed civilians present at the country music concert in Las Vegas who did nothing while 54 concert attendees were shot to death in the shooting massacre there. Glad I could help.

One students busted the other student’s “chops” pretty hard. His buddy responded by saying are you going to take that, or I think you should get a gun. He repeated another gun comment twice. I paused as they settled into their activity and started working. Again, good students. I called all four students out into the hall individually to review everything that happened and what was said. It didn’t seem like a threat because they were joking, but I reported it to my administrators.
Powerful!
What in the **** is this for a Canadian this is too crazy I can’t tell if y’all joking or fr
21 When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are safe; 22 but when one stronger than he attacks him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted and divides his spoil. 23 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. -Luke 11:21-23 ESV
i looked ,its actually real
Very powerful
This legit made me cry. Comedians or not, I cant believe they actually said these things
Bring out Goblina!!!
😢😢😢😢
Honestly everything you say is so profound
You people would give up your own freedom for security, and that is frightening. Banning law abiding citizens from firearm ownership will do nothing to stop gun violence. We need stricter sentencing, and better mental health laws to truly make a difference.
Wait did they actually plan a shooting or is this a skit
It's a skit my God
@@groinBlaster31 ok bro I just wanted to know you don’t have to be so rude like kids nowadays

Please tell me that they were very uncomfortable during this whole thing. 😰😰😰😨😨
But Scott Adams is the problem
This is so fucking cringe I can’t believe it’s real.
Fun fact: nobody cares.
@@juiciestlemonadeofyoutube true! And also you are calling a psa about shooters are school, cringe. Please put 2 brain cells together and realize this is a psa

Please don't go after comedy and Free speech too. Comedy is for adults. and the things that people say are not serious they're designed to make people laugh. Comedians constantly have to tell people it's just jokes each day because people don't understand nuance
You do realise these comedians are in on it, right? The ad isn't targeting comedy at all.
@@NO-qu1ukoriginal poster is trolling
these r so powerful.
So these comidians really did that??
They were taped doing that for the purposes of this video, yes
Whhat do you call a 8 year old with no friends?
A Sandy Hook survivor
The kids are in college now but I get it you're a funny teenager
i do not believe your lies for second your liars...
That this is addressed through humor is tragically sad.
You totally missed the point.
SMH
Lots of mentally ill "comedians" here
Dat's the point
0:53 some of you guys are alright...
This actually worked because most of these comedians are not funny nor ever funny in the first place and I actually believe they'll shoot everyone.
sounds about right for someone on the spectrum
@@daleague-mi5mf Cool story, bro 🤗
did you not watch the video?
Yeah, don't care. We don't take kids seriously in general, if they say they want to kill themselves or that their parents are beating them. That issue is not exclusive to gun violence.
People like you don't see the problem until it's too late. Adam Lanza was allowed to go home after a professional declared him a threat to himself and society. Why wasn't the little demon thrown in a looney bin?
I don't want to like this, because of the subject matter. But I have to.....
@@harlenscabbard8271 "the Second Amendment was written in the absence of a standing army"
You mean, the same standing army that would be taking orders from the tyrants trying to eliminate our inalienable, God-given, rights?? THAT standing army?
The 2A states that THE PEOPLE - not the standing army, not even the militia - have the right to own and carry arms. For defense of self, family, and community.
"your hero fantasy never plays out in real life"
Self-defense is not a hErO fAnTaSy. Americans use guns over 1.5 MILLION times a year to stop or prevent crime. (2021 National Firearms Survey by Prof. William English; Georgetown McDonough School of Business Research Paper No. 3887145.)
Oh, and Google "battle of athens tennessee." On election day 1946, the armed citizens of Athens Tennessee laid siege to the McMinn County jail and recovered ballot boxes that had been stolen by the corrupt sheriff and his goons, who were both arrested AND kicked out of office.
2AFTW
@PanhandleFrank it literally says that a well regulated militia has the right to take up arms. At least the 2nd amendment if you're going to try to argue about it online. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I truly don't understand how this ad helps anyone. Is it supposed to be making children paranoid about things their classmates say? It's like training people to be schizoid, fearful, and miserable, when the awareness should be on how we can work to effect political change, no?
Yeah mental health is a big problem. We need more police funding and an armed officer at every public school at all times, as well as looking for the signs to prevent these tragedies. RIP to all the souls that were taken by these evil people.
Thank you for watching 💚 Our website landing page www.sandyhookpromise.org/justjoking/ brings to the forefront backgrounds on school shooters and the warning signs they displayed. We know these details can be uncomfortable for some, but it’s important that people are aware and educated and can access resources to prevent future tragedies.
Yep. These 'Hookers are insane!
Sandyhook's always been a comedy-cringe show, with the b-rated actors like GeneRosen
@@SandyHookPromiseOrg Why not include RobbyParker laughing in these clips?
Mental health is a big problem. The rapid proliferation of guns and lack of common sense regulations is a much bigger problem when comes to the gun violence in the United States.
I get the message, not funny, take all threats seriously,....but this was way too risky to the point of over the edge, which is usually an advertising agency's goal. But I really do not think conveying a message about the Sandy Hook massacre, with comedians on stage was a good choice here.
This isn’t funny.
That's the whole point
So a comedian needs to go on a real mass shooting now? I get it. And it's a surprisingly original idea...
Brilliantly done. Just saw it on Morning Joe. This must’ve been a hard gig. Go up and bomb on purpose! For a great cause! I’m with it though 👍
Go up and bomb on purpose?
@@Pulseczar1 they went up and started it as jokes, well at least parenting as jokes, knowing that people would slowly start to get bothered and quieted. They pretty much went up and bombed on purpose. Hopefully they or someone else came out and told them what it was really about. OR they were after a. Either way…. Awesome.
@@MatiasGeraldoThe2ndI'm still not really following you. It sounds like you think the performances are real. I don't think they are real. The video says the comedians are saying things the real school shooters said before performing a school shooting. Most likely, the comedians are just acting out the lines, essentially, for the purpose of making this video for Sandy Hook Promise. Reactions from crowds are probably not genuine; they are probably from different recordings.
I don’t believe this was a real event.
I am glad.
