I couldn't get it to work overseas, the OTP delivery methodology seems to have flaws, as it does not arrive to the intended target electronically. The Generic Virtual Card does not load in the Mobile Banking App, "requires a transactional account", refresh, error. Very badly executed software engineering...

I’m currently experiencing a problem i started trading with my virtual card online,and now The app I’m trading on requires a bank statement of the card proving I deposited to the Platform and proving I own the account ,anyone please help urgently as I am very stressed because I have money trapped in my trading account and can be blown at anytime
