  • This is the method used in Chinese Restaurants for making Fried rice and it’s the easiest and fastest way that you can make it.
    Try making this Egg fried rice at home , you can do it , it’s simple to make and it will save you money .

      Hi Hazley , we only use Vegetable Oil in the Chinese Take Away for Fried rice , however when I was very young I used to love plain boiled rice with some butter on top , beautiful 😍

      Nice. People don't realise it but this is how rice is prepared. Use boiled rice from the day before. Mix in salt msg dark soy.
      When the woks really hot put a little sesame oil around the wok. The heat burns the flavour into the rice. I agree with the little bit of sugar. White pepper is a good seasoning too.
      We batch cooked all our rice in the morning, a little bit of water and in the microwave to reheat when the orders come in. Standard practice.
      But without a wok burner the taste is never the same as the takeaway.
