I personally am a big Cruzan fan! I think it’s a great price point for what you get. Especially for the flavored white rums. I agree that the light aged rum isn’t that great but I personally was a fan of the Single Barrel. I’d give it a 7/10. I have never had the Black Strap, but I will be in St Croix in a few weeks and after seeing this video, I am excited to pick some up. Thanks fellas
First time I'm seeing your channel. And as I watch, on my side, I have a whiskey sifter with Cruzan Blackstrap. I love this rum. I don't know where you guys are getting it for mid-twenties a bottle. But I pay less than $15 a bottle. Given the price, and the taste, I think this is the best effing rum on the market. To me, it's molasses tip of the tongue. Dark chocolate on the middle tongue. And it finishes with coffee. I love it

Their normal light and dark is half the price at my store. Plantation is between the price of their standard and premium. Also, Plantation O.F.T.D. is so good that I’ve found it better than rums 3 times as expensive, making me disappointed in so many rum purchases.
I like Cruzan products.Its my fav of the cheap Rums. I havent tryed the Single Barrel or Black Strap but want to.I wonder how the Black Strap would be in a Dark and Stormy? I bet good. I use Goslings Black seal.

I think Cruzan is a little expensive for what you get. At least where I am, Plantation is cheaper, and that stuff is better in my opinion.

That Black Strap is $15 where I live.
