how about 3 on 6 no plastic fake gum No cutting out bone which never grow back its seems so much easier with your set up
Three on six is always an option but sometimes is not the best option. We go over all of this at our consultations and I can do three on six all on for or any combination of implants with a screwed in set of teeth because we customize treatment for our patients. Our fee is the same for all dental implant options.

Already paid for my full upper arch just waiting forsurgery date next month.excited, nervous... Going with Union implants here in Austin tx. My question is do the implants you put in sit tight on the gum ? Or do they have a gap ? Seems those are the 2 kinds of implant designs I've run across...can you explain the pros and cons of both designs?

Is there any way to make the implants look super natural by making them SLIGHTLY crooked? Some of these new smiles look too perfect. They look great, but I would love it if they could be crafted with some character. Maybe even make one of the teeth gold? 😁

Unfortunately we are not even remotely the same. We have very large philosophical differences in how we view care. One of the main differences is I strongly disagree with putting people in a permanent set of teeth within 24 hours. We are asking people to accept a total life transformation with next to no time to evaluate their new bite, their new smile, their new feel, and the tissue and bone healing that is going to happen for many months after the surgery. I believe it is the best solution to put people in a strong temporary that is not made out of a denture which is what they claim most in us do this today which is not true. Then after my patients have fully healed we create a well adapted and strong permanent zirconia prosthetic that they fully approve of the aesthetics, the feel, and the fit.

Great video. I pretty much hate my smile but that's not it when I was younger I didn't take care of my teeth so my teeth are yellow I've had a lot fillings and one crown on one of my front teeth and one on my bottom molar tooth because I had a root canal but now that I'm an adult I've taken better care of my teeth but still hate how my teeth look so my question is to have a more whiter smile should I go with crowns I would be doing k9 to k9 so 6 crown all together would that be a better option. please let me know what you think.
just to clarify I can't have my top front teeth whiten because of the fillings.
