- Recently I swapped implant company. There was nothing wrong with the old company (apart from the customer service!)
There are a lot of implant companies, and most of the time, the implant is okay, however the new system that I am using has some really cool features that make it a good choice when having a full set of teeth on Dental Implants.
This video is really to make people aware that there is a lot of thought and design features in dental implants, which make them good for certain situations.
There is no perfect dental implant, so we use different implants in different situations, and this is currently my favourite for All on 4 or a full set of teeth on dental implants.

I am experiencing tooth decay and a medication on my molars and they do have to come out. I already had a bad experience with a dentist put in 3 posts at all different angles except for horizontal.
Now they have to be removed and new ones put in.
Bye bye to $6000…😢

I'm a dental lab owner and I would tell you that in my market I witnessed a lawsuit against a "all on 4" group that switched from Nobel Biocare to another brand. You can't say the words all on 4 it's a trademark of Nobel Biocare.
I always find the info you put in your videos a help on what i can look for in a full set of teeth as mine are bad in 2 days i am going to get another tooth out the dentist told me there was no other choice any way thank you for the video wish i was closer to you as i have looked and to get to you for work on my teeth would be 3/4 hour journey as ever Kenny @ Dr Gurs Sehmi

Hi Gurs, I’ve been following your channel for a few months. I have weak teeth, mainly crowned, I’m looking at them be redone and some implants at the back. I’ve just had a panoramic 2D X-ray as my dentist tells me that my best option would be to leave them alone. Could I send you my X-ray? For you to look at. This all started due to my upper right canine which is a postal crown, it keeps coming out and the dentist is saying the root is fractured and needs to be removed … hence looking at ‘new teeth’ thank you in advance

Thank you for clarification, I would like to ask you if (one on eight) is better than all on four or three on six because I ready fixed eight implants each jaw and I am diabetic, so was it a good choice.? Kindly advise.
The number of implants really depends on the level of bone you have, the width of your smile and other factors. More implants isn't usually better. Is very important to control your blood sugar perfectly for implants to work well over the long term

A lot depends on the width of the gap. Usually braces work well for this

Hi the snap in ones are usually less expensive but every dentist will have their own fee structure. For us it's usually £10k/15k
HELP...I am 67 years old, in not great healt,h and just want to be able to chew my last meals on this planet.....I have been to 4 dentists. I have had many fillings 2 extractions (excluding wisdom teeth all extracted in my early 20s) The consensus of my primary was to fill all the cavities in existing teeth being all but wisdom and #30. I just had a root canal and temp post and reconstruct on 11. They suggest extracting 12/13/14 leaving nothing on the rear of that side, doing bone grafting there...place inserts there and also one at 30. With 5 months for healing on grafts the months on implants and expensive crowns. I just went to a new dentist and they said...all my teeth are terrible...extract all and do 4 in one at 50,000 dollars...should I look for another opinion as I don't have 50 thousand dollars but do not want bone grafts...the 4 in one guys said I could get "short implants" or Bicon implants. NON of the first 5 dentists EVER said all my teeth were unrecoverable....what is going on ?
I too got a quote for $51,000 here in the U.S. two days ago. Before my Appt though, I looked into "Dental Tourism". Almost 60%-70% cheaper to get the all-on-4 or 6 in Mexico. I'm heading to Cancun to get both my upper and lower all-on-4 or 6 (whichever they say is best) done for a total of $18,000! And that's with Hotel and Transportation to and from the Airport and Appts included. Can't beat that. All the best to you!

I have watched many of your informative videos, however you mention teeth breaking over time and that bridges are easily repaired or replaced but you do not mention zirconia teeth so I assume you do not fit these which are much more durable, so I would say that maybe patients should enquire elsewhere!

@@munqethmansour2700 I need upper and lower full arches. I inherited thin enamel from my mothers side of the family. It didn’t matter how much care I took of my teeth they were doomed to fail. At least I made it to my 50’s with most of my teeth intact but they started failing at a faster rate. I can’t afford to fly to Turkey either. I’ve looked into Los Algodones Mexico which is supposed to be good too, but with everything going on I’m not sure I’d want to go to the border either.

Hi, I am already done with full mouth implants at Atalya dental clinic in Antalya, Turkey, honestly they are very good with high quality standards, with value of money, Doctor Youkan is the best, also they have a very good surgeon.
P.S. you say you do " A LOT" of 4 in 1...where do you find all these 50 thousands dollar patients?
