- Don’t be fooled by Permanent Teeth in 24 Hours on Dental Implants with All-on-4, All-on-6, 3-on-6, and Full Arch Dental Implants
With his decade of experience with cosmetic and implant dentistry and helping thousands of people from all over the world with their smile, Dr. O shares why he is concerned about patients getting Full Mouth Dental Implants with Permanent Teeth in 24 Hours. There are 3 main issues that he covers in this 10 min. video.
1) Fit and Feel
2) Bite and Function
3) Esthetics and Smile
These 3 factors contribute to the quality of the implant smile and all of which need careful consideration and a try-in / “test drive” for the patient to be able to verify that they live there new smile. The 24 Hour Permanent Teeth option does not allow patients to verify these important and subjective factors.

This video is so true.I spent almost 50k on my teeth and it was the wrong dentist i went to. Don't let them speak over you and come up with irrelevant excuses for there mistakes. Don't let them keep you from asking questions as if it's an inconvenience for them and you're the only one who asks so many questions. Speak up and don't tolerate a dentist who tries to brush off your concerns or feedback.
Please report them to your states dental board, leave an honest review on any and all social media including their Google review, Linked in, Facebook, ECT. And update your review semi annually. His decision will be with you for the rest of your life, so your review should be with him for the rest of his.
Hey, Doctor Olson, I'm a dental student from Bulgaria! I've been folowing you for a while now and just wanted to say that your videos are great! God bless you and your staff!
I am saving so hard, my teeth in repair conventionally will be almost 75% of the cost, and many appointments and months. The cost is hard to swallow, but I really do feel by the time I add up the root canals, crowns, one by one, it’s not far from a wash in the long run. I’m worried I’ll loose the face structure like my mom has with dentures. But I think if done right this is a great alternative. A 5 year car note that leads to me eating again, that’s a pretty big impact on health I am seeing in myself.
Absolutely! We don’t get time back.
Good, informative video.
Thanks for the data, Doctor.
👄
I love it ❤Dr. O ❤you’re awesome 😎
I almost went with 24 hrs teeth, but I thought, how about if I don't like the color of the teeth or the shape of the teeth? Could they change it without charging money
I'm so glad I went with the traditional way.
You basically hit the nail on the head and as a dental consumer, I find it really sad that too many providers are doing their best to conceal the profit over patient way of doing business. I respect you for that...if that's truly who you are. I'm doing my best to get educated and be my own best advocate. My question to you and any provider is this; can you do a full arch restoration without removing any bone or soft tissue ? That's part of my criteria, so All-on-4 is out of the question. Do you allow input from patients regarding the overall design plan, choice of material, manufacturer etc ?
I'm looking to get veneers on the top 8 teeth and to close the gap in my two front teeth. Just watched your start to finish veneer video. 😊
Good video
I am at week three of the F1 upper all on 6 zirconia. Cost was cheaper than Nuvia all on 4 porcelain upper. My teeth will look so much better waiting the time to heal and get a perfect set of permanent zirconia. I have a nice set of temps in right now but they are not perfect as things have healed and yes there are a few gaps. In two weeks I get another set of temps to wear for another 8 weeks . Then I will get my third set of temps that I will wear until I am totally healed. Then they will start the permanent process. During the temp process they will make changes and get everything dialed so my permanent set will be exactly what I want. Seattle best smiles in Redmond WA
This guy is 100% right!!!!
What is your procedure called? I'm looking to have the same thing done
It’s called the F1. You keep your gums and the dentures fit like crowns and the dentures have no artificial gums.
FP1 is the correct name. I had it wrong.
Good 💯
Thanks 🔥
I've noticed that the patients who have had permanent teeth in 24 hours end up with a large gap between their gums and the prosthetic bridge. It makes sense that that would happen... the gums are extremely swollen after extractions and implant placement. When the gums heal the bridge is going to look a lot different. Thank you, Dr O for educating the masses🙏❤️
The question I have is.... why are these surgeons pushing this type of procedure? Is it strictly an issue of dollars and cents??
Prototype try-ins😊❤
I saw this.......three weeks too late 😔
