The toughbuilt is the bag i got for my tech tools. I love it
I've also got the kobalt bag you're talking about. The TB one is better. Has more useful pocket layout and a larger opening that unzips all the way. The kobalt equivalent has top zip opening.

That wiha looks like crap quality compared to veto…
Veto is king for tool bags
The only tool bags that compare to Veto are Velocity Progear tool bags, IMO. Though my opinion on Velocity is only from watching RUclips.
Just got the wiha a few days ago and have the veto pro pac and I like the veto better
