In gta online there’s a certain house with a radar dish outside it up in sandy shores (can’t remember exactly where) but there’s always an NPC at that particular house who my missiles always lock onto and it’s not a free roam event or anything it’s just an NPC who becomes hostile and tries to kill the player if they walk onto said houses yard, maybe this is the guy? Has anyone else found this? (I play on console btw so absolutely no mods) ❤

Lemme discus this so killer did escape from the cops cuz in story mode there is a event in sandy shores close to the airport where there is a van and if u aproach it u get knocked out and a npc comes out and puts u on the rail track but that could be anybody here is the actual proof so in gta online u can go and play a secret event where u gotta find 8 clues or smthing theyre pretty creepy ngl so when u get all the clues u will get a text from unknown which says that hes angry at u and he will come for u at exactly 5 or 8 pm idk but then u need to kill him and when u do u get a blody revolver its pretty scary but i hope it helps

This is the same guy by the air strip, in the desert. When you drive on the narrow road on the lefthand side of the air strip he has his 1960 VW Bus parked there but he is not around. He will only come out when you step out off your vehicle and shoot you with a taser gun, and then he will leave you on the train tracks in your underwear. So yes, he is still alive.
I've seen him in game, when I was playing as Trevor, I swear at one point I drove past him, and I believe I got out and pointed a pistol at him and he charged me. I thought that was very weird since when you point your gun at any other NPC they run.
