If you go to that place out to sea that you call the underwater lab, in story mode you will find a case containing $25,000 and if you switch character then back to the original character, the case will reappear
The bridge you go into with the Deluxo, after killing NPCs for awhile if you get back in the Deluxo and a cop is standing above you he will squat down, reach through the road, and pull you back out of the car. Surprised me when it happened, I wasn't expecting that.
2:30 Online if you have a Bodyguard/ Associate you can launch a *VIP Challenge* called _Salvage_ You collect 50 underwater money checkpoints using a re-breather you also have to collect more re-breathers in order not to drown. This is one of those mission locations. Tip: you can cheat by equipping a scuba suit before you launch the mission.

if you are a true true og, you remember that the spot with the bush you can walk in with the circle drive. It was a launch glitch with the gate there lol

There is also another way to get inside the FIB building. You also can get to the burned floor. It's hard to explain but there are video's on RUclips who can show it to you
If you're a n00b for not knowing about parking the Cargobob on the FIB building *just so* and then attempting a roll X number of times, then how many hours do you need in the game to be a "hacker?"
If you follow the left railroad in the mineshaft it’ll lead you to a dead decomposing body of a man dressed like a mobster and if you keep going after the body you will reach the end of that trail where there’s a petrified alien just standing there.
So in sandy shores on the high way you can actually glitch into a bridge you need a tall car and then you can climb in the bridge i forgot where it was but yeah

I wouldnt count glitched spots as secret locations because they were never meant to be available, and some like the lab raid tunnel is only open on the mission and others like the military one are only open in story mode i think
The Giant Construction building in town... there is an exit without having to blow yourself up or die... it's near the opposite side where the small red crane is... theres a split in the flooring and red fenced wall if you get up against the wall the right way your character will slip through the crack n land on the lumber below you. 6:03 - 6:22 that was always my fave building to screw with people back in the day when i played.
I can confirm that there a secret pre modded cars that can be found by LS customs between 6a.m. And 6p.m.! One is a black and yellow ruiner, a red sabre with a racing stripe, a blue dominator, and the chrome and gold dubsta 2! A few other cars you can keep spawn in as well! A neon green cyclone and a purple infernus! You just can't keep them. To find the chrome and gold dubstas you need to already have one. They once spawned in Rockford hills but they patched it in the PS4 days. You'll have to know someone who has one to get one. They sell for about 24k at LS customs. Their is also a yellow sentinel with tints you can find at that same location shown in this vid.
There is also a location on top of a buiding that will take you to the bottom of the map and fall for a long time until the game respaws you at a random location
