Everyone shut up when that cheetah came out. She authorized the whole room in seconds. A very rare occurrence that the audience is obedient with silence.
Most people don't realize this but cheetahs are not very aggressive and can be very social towards humans. Although at first they will be very unsure about you until they become comfortable and recognize your scent.
Bryton Massie Too true. But you have to remain calm and composed at the same time. Any sign that you're also prey, they will jump at the chance. But otherwise, if you let them know you're not food or foe. But that you're a friend. They relax, and even act like giant house cats.
Cheetahs are weak and not dangerous to people or most average sized prey animals . They have no chance of killing animals like zebras, gnus, buffaloes and other such animals If he would have brought a FULLY grown leopard, puma, jaguar, lion ,and tiger that something to be afraid of
KrazyKiwi You're very unlikely to be jumped by a cheetah compared to other big cats, since they don't typically perceive humans as being prey and also don't have the evolutionary ambushing reflex that leopards and such have (even the friendliest leopard will stalk and pounce someone who turns their back to them). Cheetahs, while they can still be dangerous, are safe to pet and even sleep beside (search up Dolph C. Volker on RUclips) provided you've built a good bond with them. Obviously this doesn't apply to every cheetah, but compared to most other large carnivorous felines they can be very docile.
7:28 onwards I don't know why but I got tears, as this beautiful Cheetah was walking in...I hope these animals are left in their habitat where they belong and are protected from being hunted by humans... I'm speechless, what a beautiful animal my God...
Something iv always loved and appreciated about indigenous tribes. There's always a respect of territory between natives and the wildlife around them. I understand endangered species and the need to protect nature, but things like these are demeaning. But hey, what do i know.
Whilst I agree that a studio is NOT a place for wild Animals, zoos are necessary IF we want to protect certain species of animals. I'm sorry but that's just the way it is. If you wanna have this conversation we'll have it, but before you say anything think on this. If you were offered food, shelter, safety and company completely for free, with the alternative spending every day fearing for your life which would you chose? I agree that there are certain animals that should not be in zoos, eg. Apes, Elephants and Dolphins but the reality is that 90% of species on this earth would love nothing more than to be in a zoo
what's it capable of? running away maybe... there is a reason Cheetahs in captivity often have an emotional support dog, they look deceptively impressive but especially in captivity are generally basically just big kitties. honestly a full grown Horse would be more dangerous to bring on stage than that Cheetah
@@ilsgrade8357 it's capable of chasing you if you run. Idk why yall love to say all cheetahs are weak. Yes cheetahs don't attack humans but if you run they can chase you and they would have a chance of attacking a human but they don't attack humans. I've seen some attach zebras and antelope

Kimmel's interruptive talking is extremely disrespectful to Dave. Also when Dave dave is addressing the animals as sweetheart and kimmel is like 'what is that thing?' ughh
I hate people that dont educate themselves and assume that these animals are mistreated and drugged or being thought of as pets. These animals arent captured from the wild and brought in to be ambassadors! They are often bought off of or rescued from rich people who think its cute to have them as pets. They cant be released into the wild because they never learned how to hunt. They arent mistreated they are being cared for and they help spread awareness of their species and the protection they need in the wild against humans
RIYA MENON You need to learn what the hell abuse really is and stop buying into lies and heavily-edited videos made by heavily-biased propagandists trying to justify their own idiocy.
The fact that cheetah mostly killed by nature not human, ironicly its the weakest predator in grassland, mostly hyena, lion and leopard killed cheetah, sometimes they cant even stand against servan cats and their own pray like antelop who fight back, poor cheetah
@@pussyyyy Not true at all. Up to 90 percent of cubs get killed by predators in their first three months, but what you are talking about has to do with their kills being stolen by other predators. They themselves are not killed. That applies to cubs, not adults. And humans are a huge threat to them by hunting, conflict with farmers and other humans, the exotic animal trade, and habitat destruction.
***** I've patted a cheetah, several lions, a baby tiger, a baby pygmy hippo, and loads of other animals before and I've never been afraid - very respectful of their capabilities, of course, but not fearful. Animals pick up on fear, and it can trigger the prey drive in predators, so it's a very bad idea to get close to them if you are fearful.
***** Are you a woman? A cheetah isn't bold enough to attack a full grown 200 lb muscular adult, unless of course the cheetah grabs you by the throat, but it can easily be repelled.
They're beautiful animals. And so endangered. When in captivity to raise awareness or breed, their inherent timidness shows. They're not the big dogs of the jungle and they know it. They can just sit and purr with a human as he or she pets them. They're really sweet.
I find it weird that people that claim to love animals don't know that cheetahs have never attacked or killed a human being...they are extremely docile you'd have to find a sick cheetah who's in that case will be unnaturally aggressive .... Or threaten them and their cubs, but like I said it's a fact that there are no documented attacks of a cheetah attacking or killing a human being.
I see all three of you completely ignored the part where I said you'd have to provoke it or find it desperate for food for it to try and attack you....and I don't have to look it up cheetahs have no documented attacks
Accurate af. He should bring in an animatronic of a bowtruckle, phoenix, or baby thunderbird or occamy! I almost guarantee for at least a good ten seconds it would fool the audience!

Such a magnificent animal. The audience was compliant with the silence rule this time round, that spoke volumes about the presence the cheetah had.
Honestly tho, she was so beutiful. Cheetahs are my favorite animals and I'd do anything to be in Jimmy's place. Hes always so scared of the animals they bring out lol.
The thing is, house cats do the same too. The exact same
That boa is GORGEOUS. Not to mention the floofers.
That cheetah, she is so beautiful! Gorgeous gorgeous animal.
Verdade também acho!!
Lisa Lad 🔥🔥
Everyone shut up when that cheetah came out. She authorized the whole room in seconds. A very rare occurrence that the audience is obedient with silence.
And we are wrecking there habitats in the wild
Stannis The Mannis yeah Apex preadators have that affect
D: “now even though they’re called bearcats their neither bears nor cats.”
J: “well that’s dumb”

I’m the 420th like
@A M You're even dumber
They have no chance of killing animals like zebras, gnus, buffaloes and other such animals
If he would have brought a FULLY grown leopard, puma, jaguar, lion ,and tiger that something to be afraid of
annonymus annonymus well cheetahs can take down zebras, but that's about as big as their prey gets.
A little like cats
That baby tiger is so sweet!🥰
7:28 onwards I don't know why but I got tears, as this beautiful Cheetah was walking in...I hope these animals are left in their habitat where they belong and are protected from being hunted by humans... I'm speechless, what a beautiful animal my God...
I know right, it is such a beautiful creature.
Marwan K I felt the same way tho seeing a majestic animal like that being in collars belts🥺🥺🥺
@@ty3397 they get more love, it's not normal but I guess its alright
When the audience laughs and then immediately falls silent from one look at 8:38.
Loool nice observation
Cheetah was like Joe Pesci "Funny how? Do I amuse you??" lmao
"SHUT THE HELL UP HUMANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The cheetah entrance was more gangster than any human entrance I’ve ever seen in my life
It was terrified and I wish they wouldn’t put it through that. It’s about the most foreign thing to an animal, being on a television set
I love how the audience went silent when the cheetah entered the stage because they know what it's capable of.
? It's capable of running fast and eating thompsons. That's it.
A grown man is a serious threat to a cheetah...
@@ilsgrade8357 lmao
what's it capable of? running away maybe...
there is a reason Cheetahs in captivity often have an emotional support dog, they look deceptively impressive but especially in captivity are generally basically just big kitties.
honestly a full grown Horse would be more dangerous to bring on stage than that Cheetah
@@sm00thgames63 "lmao" the classic response of somebody who has no idea what they are talking about.
OK that cheetah is literally one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. More beautiful than any human. And damn looks at the silent grace with which she walks.

The moment that Cheetah peeked through the backstage, it stole the show! What a magnificent creature!

Exactly like Robert Irwin on Fallon
Lmfao
Technically, that is normal behaviour
Which it is.
Karina V no you just don’t know anything about abuse because you haven’t had to deal with it you blind psychopath
Karina V , this is very true, thank you for someone who isn’t blind to this abhse

Not gonna lie, I'd be okay with having a Cheetah pet. Only big cat you can turn your back to without becoming food.
RIYA MENON
You need to learn what the hell abuse really is and stop buying into lies and heavily-edited videos made by heavily-biased propagandists trying to justify their own idiocy.

Cheetahs are the most beautiful and elegant animals on the planet. There aren’t many left, so we must do anything we can to aid their survival.
*The guest who can dominate the host.*
It can't be that hard, since he basically does it by bringing on a kitten.
Jimmy seems to be genuinely scared of every animal LOL
Especially when the cheetah came on lol.
***** Cheetahs aren't really fighters, tbh a man would probably be able to beat a cheetah if it went nuts albeit completely cut to shit afterwards.
thats because jimmy kimmel is a wuss
***** I've patted a cheetah, several lions, a baby tiger, a baby pygmy hippo, and loads of other animals before and I've never been afraid - very respectful of their capabilities, of course, but not fearful. Animals pick up on fear, and it can trigger the prey drive in predators, so it's a very bad idea to get close to them if you are fearful.
***** Are you a woman? A cheetah isn't bold enough to attack a full grown 200 lb muscular adult, unless of course the cheetah grabs you by the throat, but it can easily be repelled.
that cheetah is gorgeous!!! wild animals are so beautiful
Susan A tiger
They're beautiful animals. And so endangered. When in captivity to raise awareness or breed, their inherent timidness shows. They're not the big dogs of the jungle and they know it. They can just sit and purr with a human as he or she pets them. They're really sweet.
Susan A so are u

I find it weird that people that claim to love animals don't know that cheetahs have never attacked or killed a human being...they are extremely docile you'd have to find a sick cheetah who's in that case will be unnaturally aggressive .... Or threaten them and their cubs, but like I said it's a fact that there are no documented attacks of a cheetah attacking or killing a human being.
Its so because no one ever survived to write it in a document
They have attacked humans Duh just look it up
They attack humans and some even eat human , I have read a whole damn book on it with real incident .
I see all three of you completely ignored the part where I said you'd have to provoke it or find it desperate for food for it to try and attack you....and I don't have to look it up cheetahs have no documented attacks
