This video was filmed using camera sunglasses safely secured to my head with a strap. Under no circumstances do I ever take out any sort of loose articles on rides, nor do I condone such actions. Doing so can not only be very dangerous in general but it also puts everyone else's safety at risk.

This video brings me tons of nostalgia for this coaster. It was the first large wooden coaster I rode as a kid growing up in Connecticut. So thanks for sharing it!
Thanks for watching! I absolutely love this coaster!
@@themeparkmark1 me too!!
This coaster is my favorite. The ride is even better in the dark.
That is a great ride making use of the terrain, i.e. Boulder Dash, with terric bouts of air time.
What a fantastic layout! Excellent use of terrain and surrounding nature. Kept waiting for a second chain lift on the back half when it was climbing over and over, but was pleasantly surprised to see it keep momentum the entire time, seemingly in defiance of physics. No brake runs the entire time either, that could be quite the roll back if it didn't quite clear that last hill at the far end of the circuit.
It is a wild ride!
Wow this looks like it has amazing airtime and pacing!
It does! Very good wooden coaster!
oh it does, this is the BEST terrain coaster ever built.
If you walk off this ride disappointed, you hate rollercoasters
@Whatchamawhozit just no....... (Its still a great coaster but definitely not in the top 10 best terrain coasters probably not even in the top 5 best terrain woodies)
That new titan track looks smooth af.
The need to replace the rest of the track with titan track!
I went on that ride a few weeks ago, the tolerances in the track and the fact the belt didn’t tighten all the way had me scared for my life😢
It's a wild ride, for sure!
This was my favorite ride
Mark I just got off of my best ride on boulder dash ever it was great
Such a great ride!
Sucks the drop got retracked. Riding it rough was one of the most crazy feelings ever for me.
I almost went on this in middle school but kinda freaked out so much on the way up walking, I walked back out. Have never been on a roller coaster and never plan to 🥲
You're missing out. I bet your fears will melt away once you experience a first drop on any decent roller coaster
Im going to compounce very soon. I want to go on this ride no matter what. It looks harmless😅. Right?
One of the smoother wooden coasters, to be honest
Felt like a car accident to me
I saw the wooden frame and told y it’s an ordinary ride, boy did I made a mistake. Ride is scary as hell, it’s not for ordinary people. It would be the first alnd last ride for me. I’ll stick with tea cup rides.
It's not for everyone, that's for sure!
My mom once went on it thinking it was some sort of childish safari ride or whatever 😂😂
There's nothing ordinary about it LOL! It is fun!!!! and FAST!!!
Well it is a ordinary ride compared to big rides but, this ride has been voted best wooden roller coaster many times
Recently got Planet Coaster ad am making a small park with a terrain woodie just like this
I went on it today IT WAS SO SCARY I WAS SCREAMING SO BADLY (do not recommend if you vomit easily)
I hated this thing! Very rough!!! And I love coasters.
Try the very front seat. It's the smoothest.
I was hoping to ride it today.....nope, down for maintenance. Oh well, Phobia, Zoomerang and a bunch of other rides were fun.
Bummer!
How rough is this?? Could you ride it more than once?
First drop looked like it had been retracked and was very smooth! Rest of the layout was a bit bumpy, but I've ridden much more rougher wooden coasters. I rode it 3 times in a row and easily could have ridden more!
@@themeparkmark1 I believe its a Titan track installation on first drop on pullout, cant see a laminate wooden stack
@@themeparkmark1 It wasn't long ago, I rode it 7 times in a row, moving around a bit in different seats. The front will be the smoothest. If bumps bother You, wait for the very front.
My wife and I went on it the last weekend of the season. It was our favorite wooden coaster. We've been on it like a hundred times before and couldn't wait to get on again. This time around we were one and done. Except for the first hill the rest of the ride was brutality painful. We won't ride it again. I'll stick with the smooth RMC coasters.
It looked like they had retracked the first drop, hopefully the rest of the ride gets the same treatment in the near future!
I spent a lot of time mentally preparing for this and watched every video on RUclips. Just rode it today. The first drop is so fun but i HATED the rest. Hate, hate, hate. I'll put the rest of my efforts into Zoomerang.
I feel like it got a lot rougher over the years. I hadn't been on it in a long time but used to love it so I wasn't scared in line. But after the first drop I wanted it to be over. I'm sore the next day 😢
It's sucks that this ride got Steel track on the first drop so stupid.
I don't know how rough the first drop was before the titan track was installed, but isn't it supposed to make the ride smoother and more comfortable to ride?
Sucks this thing is getting titan tracked more. The jitter of the wooden track adds to the intensity, without it, it doesn’t feel as out of control. Should’ve just used GG precut track, it feels like a wooden coaster but is still comfortable enough for everyone to enjoy.
I'm all for retracking, but only if it makes the ride more comfortable.
