@BTC bandit I really don’t care if people are making more than me by investing in shutdown, but I have a steady source of income, and actually work 2 jobs.
Little tip for anyone that wants to buy a key at the start of your buy them from the marketplace or a trusted 3rd party(you use these so you can buy keys that are immediately tradeable) and you can often find them for cheaper than the store price. Store price is 2.50 ea. if you buy from marketplace and find them for 2.10-2.30. It’s not much of a discount but it can certainly be the difference of you being able to buy an additional key or not.
this man is so nice, he decides to give people his knowledge of making profit in tf2 for free, which if someone rises above him, it could be more competition. i may not be fluent in tf2 trading, as i have not fully seen this video, but i want to thank this man for giving everyone a hand in tf2 trading for nothing whatsoever than to help people.
Ironically that’s not how trading in a large market works, by simply trading your driving up transactions which causes the marketplace to flux in higher/lower prices as things get traded for varying prices. The more people trading means there’s more potential buyers and thus potential profit.
This video helped me learn some new features about backpack.tf I never knew about so ty for that. I can’t wait for part 2 to come out great video as always!

I know the basic concept of profiting. Hop into a trade server and see if anyone is selling a "quicksell" which is an item they are trying to get rid of, and is usually being sold for less value. For example, if someone is quickselling a hat for 9 keys while it's worth 12, you could buy that hat, and sell it for 10 or 11 keys, making profit. Hope this helps
