- Hey Foodies! Instead of the traditional ground pork, these potstickers are stuffed with finely chopped mushrooms, cabbage and other aromatics giving them a rich, earthy flavor.

5 cloves garlic
150g seafood mushrooms
200g king oyster mushrooms.
150g napa cabbage
1 stalk onion leeks
2 olive oil
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp potato starch
gyoza wrappers
