Qs Aamna & Tabish .. with all due respect you have done reviews from Bollywood actor/ actresses wedding pics (Katrina kaif, sidarth etc), Saboor and Heba’s wedding looks . So why did you not review with the same detail Ushna Wedding / valima look?!? I feel the review was biased or some pity towards Ushna because she was trolled . I would have loved to hear your pov with good detail on her dress , jewellery etc . Pls do comment & advice if possible .
Absolutely… I really wanted to hear Tabish’s take on the look and hated how Aamna cut him off , as a stylist he would have said exactly what was off … off all the looks that’s the one I wanted Tabish’s take on .. disappointing!

That’s typical Aamna, never comment negatively on anyone she knows personally, double standards. Whether Ushna was wearing an Indian bridal look or not, she looked terrible. The entire colour and styling didn’t suit her at all. Aamna and Tabish, if you have the courage and speak your hearts out.
I can never get over how entertaining tabish is, be my friend ! Also, thank you for your honesty on ushna shahs wedding. So beautifully put , without being disrespectful yet staying true to your opinion
Aesthetically, Ushana's dress was not appealing to my eyes, seemed a bit tacky. I would have appreciated if it was reviewed the same way as Kiara's dresses and jewellery were discussed.

Ushna-Hamza wedding - I think Ushna approached this in an America/Canadian angle. It is very common here in the US for the bride & groom to have certain expectations of their guests i.e. it is completely normal if they ask for a certain dress code, ask for privacy/no pictures for certain events. I attended quite a few weddings here in the last 22 years where varying degrees of this was requested from the bride & groom. This happened in desi weddings and also non desi weddings. It is definitely a "new" concept in Pakistan and India to have these expectations of guests.
But then you have to invite only those who are extremely close to you. And I'm sorry to say of the drone was flying so close to her head. Where was her family. No one asked that whose drone is it?

I enjoyed ur solo episode but when tabish is there the show becomes from good to awsome...he is the spice the show needs...plz please tabish be a part of the show every time..and u looked amazing on ushna wedding
Indian here. By Indian look, people meant that a hindu bride look. It's not about subcontinent or history or geography or anything. If everyone is pointing something out, there must be a reason behind it. I don't understand how can you not see that being such good fashion critics. Pointing out that it was an Indian look is not wrong, trolling her is! You should have the guts to call a spade a spade.
Having said that, thank you Tabish for actually pointing the bride's mistake out in the whole fiasco too because everyone else is just brushing that under the rug in guise of sympathy.
When I saw Ushna’s photo, before I could recognise it was her, I saw her dress and wondered which Indian bride is this.. I was a little and pleasantly surprised to find out it was her. I think every country has its signature style and it was more of an Indian style. Again it’s not a patent issue so anyone can style in whatever way they want.. what surprised me was the defence and denial about her styling. As an Indian, I would consider her style as a compliment, wish she wasn’t trolled for this!!

She literally look like an Indian bride her blouse, Galay ka har, matha patti and the joora everything was super loud in connection with hindu bride

I agree with tabish completely on ushna's wedding. Someone who has so much prerequisites shouldn't invite alot many people. But her dress was completely indian look, the color wasn't an issue but the design elephant and embroidery looked cheap not handmade. And people can criticize too if she didn't make it public, she was expecting all the praises so should she expect criticism too!

People are allowed to have an opinion on what celebrities wear on their weddings. There is definitely a difference between and Indian bride and a Muslim bride by the way they dress. And it looked very evident that ushana was wearing something an Indian bride usually wears on her wedding day.
There is no fixed Indian bridal dress,it varies across the country with state,religion etc. And the essence of a Hindu bride are ornaments like bindi,sindoor,mangalsutra which were obviously not worn by Ushna.
And there's a huge difference between expressing an opinion and trolling someone on her big day.
Yes agreed , celebrities all across the world are berated/ praised for their sartorial choices. Wonder why Amna just rushed him and did not allow him to critique Ushana’s attire.

It’s not a crime though is it? In South Africa Muslim brides wear the traditional white western wedding gowns,very few chose to wear eastern dress, no one butts an eyelid about it! Brides choice!
But why are you people acting like Pakistanis don't wear lehengas or this shade of red? Yeah maybe most of the brides don't show their stomach but I've seen so many actresses wear lehengas irl and in dramas. Calling it 'Indian' is just ignorant because it has always been a part of Punjabi and Sindhi culture. I've seen women from rural Sindh wear ghaghra choli daily, that's just their attire.
I personally really did not like Ushna’s red dress , did not like the colour , not the design , the work , too much jewellery , also maybe for an event starting in the afternoon just a strange look, also the big floral garlands just too much especially where less is more these days !! I think there was too much going on … however it was her big day so if that is what she wanted then she is totally allowed to do it . People have the right to not like a look but it is unbelievable how nasty some comments were … Ushna should have taken a social media break , her constantly being commenting etc was too much . Also funny that she got her husband to post her look on his insta when she was supposedly on a social media but we k , the problem with these celebrities is that they can not live without the constant validation!
honestly if u guys are critiquing fashion and looks then i belive u should have critiqued ushnas wedding dresses. the design was awfully cheap and such a fashion no no. the work had weird color combinations and was totally off. i wish u guys gave ur take on that without being politically correct

Sajal ear rings: i strongly think the other colour she could have worn was pearls, not orange, not green, nothing because it would have become the focal point and produced a distraction from her beautiful solid dress
You should give your editor a raise. He takes the show to another level. And Tabish is just fun - so spontaneous and witty.
Aamna you do need a partner in these shows, someone to interact with, to bounce off. Your solo show, has great content, but lacks the spark you have with Tabish. I hope he can join you on every episode. Or you can find someone else like him.
Good epi but must divide up the video into parts like haute review and upload. So that we can watch first what interests us the most.
The show was amazing but a lot of animated comments, the voice effect behind was distracting, it's good to have it in the episode but you need to find a balance where we enjoy it and don't get annoyed.....

Sonya is a close friend of Ushna and she was with her throughout the event, she came with Ushna and she was doing the bridesmaid duties with Ushna’s sister that’s why she didn’t meet Tabish

oh please ! the dress on ushna looked TERRIBLE . Just be honest come on you guys and the comments people making that she looked indian she DID look indian and its not a bad thing to say. we love indian brides and their style. bt we have to admit that tone of red was just not suiting her. even the embellishment on that jora was just not right.

I love Tabesh he has such positive and fun energy.
Ushna is gorgeous naturally and has looked even better as bride in dramas and fashion shows. But in real life her dress was so paindoo not just the shocking cheap red color of it but the design was also so paindoo. Anyways she herself looked very pretty but she is naturally gorgeous .on her walima she could not have looked like a more plainer Jane. Sad to know since I have seen stunning pics of her in bridal shows. Maybe a better lip color would have prevented her from a washed out look on her walima
actually her blouse was very revealing and her her kamar was revealing too...she should have atleast kept the blouse long with style .. that's just my view... otherwise people have no issues with mattha Patti and other look....
People had issue with her revealing outfit not her INDIAN accessories...But criticism k naam par Indian bol dia.. that's just my guess
Hiba Bukhaeri also had a matta Patti and there was no outrage! It was the revealing element that made it "indian" just look at Kiara or Katrina or any of the recent Bollywood brides.
She knows what the ppl are like and should have expected it. I also think the valima outfit was a nod to her Austrian mother in law.

Hello, I must say like who have commented above, simply love this editor (too good 😊).
However, I was left confused after watching your show… though I know it’s because you wanted to be kind… however, the confusion is that in the same video you discussed Kiera’s wedding look, jewellery, garland minutest detail and then also her reception look and jewels and make up in detail. Somehow when it came to Ushna you just hoped skipped and jumped the bride’s look and went straight to the guest list…. Because apparently “it’s not nice to comment on a brides look”, since when?? you just dissected the other bride? secondly, every culture has its own distinct flavour like Tabish mentioned the Indian look, the Arabic look, these terms are there because these flavours exist…. Now if Ushna’s look had one flavour or another doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad. So guys, let’s call a spade a spade. In same vein I would like to mention I think her (Ushna’s) valima look as well as her engagement look were very nice she looked very sweet and dressed appropriate for the occasion with the soft color etc. I think all those people who disliked her wedding look must have also liked her valima and engagement looks. So celebrities need to understand that once something becomes public one needs to take the criticism as gracefully as the compliments. Brides and wedding looks have been discussed since time immortal nothing trolly about that. It’s nothing against a particular celebrity. If this were true then you wouldn’t be discussing any personal celebrity function looks etc.
I am not into ushna choli length but her dress colour and embroidery was not good. And I guess she shamed that reporter so much that she didn’t even enjoy her moment. Whenever someone will remember her wedding they will name ab lakhani.
Unpopular opinion : I prefer Aamna doing the fashion fortnightly alone .. I have tried but I am unable to finish the episode with two of you together with your borderline fake banter and interruption to your own discussion and there are too many graphics and sounds in the background..very distracting..

Tabbish - as always. I wait for your episodes. You are so fun. Always enjoy watching you. Your honesty with the ushna shah fiasco, love it love it love it. As far as the dress, it’s super annoying that Amina is sitting in a “fashion” show, but literally did not let you say a word about her dress, what you genuinely feel, whether it was bad or good. I didn’t appreciate that at all. As far as how good, bad, revealing her outfit was. I hate to say it, but she is a public figure, living in a largely Muslim country. Did she not think that that blouse would light a fire & blow up an entire town. Of course it would. It was more revealing than a bra, excuse my language please. Also another way to look at it is if she wanted to wear whatever she wanted, then why obsess so much over the comments. Just let everyone say whatever they want.

Tabish was spot on about Ushana, he summarized it very well, if you are going to invite people to your wedding then don't set boundaries and restrictions on your guests, enjoy your big day and let your guests enjoy it too. if you didn't like something then its okay , rise above it, don't start insulting your guests as soon as they leave, people take photos at weddings, so what! Then again it all boils down to , class, and upbringing, you can afford very expensive venues and expensive designer outfits , but one thing money can't buy is class and elegance.

I know there should be no trolling of the bride or outfit choice.
But I understand where people are coming from. There are some colors which is associated with star plus or Indian colors which Pakistani people don't wear much like the heena green color (pakistani heena color is brownish green) or orange pink or orange-red.
