My portfolio doesn’t just cater to dividend stocks. I hold $VFIAX (S&P 500 index fund) in my Roth IRA and $VTI (Total Stock Market ETF) in my taxable brokerage account. Two of my largest holdings. The individual dividend stock positions all complement the index holdings.
I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. Like spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
I have a female advisor named Stacy Lynn Staples. I recommend researching her. To be very honest, I'm glad I decided to let someone handle expanding my finances even though I almost didn't think I should.
I just googled her and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a caII.
Am I the only on thinking that the bet on Celcius is in their international expansion? Any reason you can articulate why they can't be covering global markets like Monster or Redbull?
Yeah even if their market share stays at like 10%, they could still get revenue growth by tapping international markets. Idk I made CELH 5-6% of my portfolio at a $31 cost basis... they are excellent management and seems like a reasonable risk worth taking
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got to talking about investment and money. I started investing below the $100k mark and in the first 2 months, my portfolio was reading $234,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest a huge percentage of my profit and it got more interesting.! For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home at the beginning of summer.

The potential for International expansion of Celisus is huge since it is officially sold only in several countries. It's starting to sell in small quantities in countries in which it is not yet officially distributed, probably as a market test. The Pepsico overstock was a one-time event which will probably not happen again, since it was caused by initial euforia. Still, it's the drink of choice for younger generations and it will continue to grow at a fast pace once more international markets are unlocked. There could also be a potential for acqusition by Pepsi, especially if the stock price keeps falling.
Everyone is talking about international expansion, that is true it can work, but Celsius is unknown to many countries, a lot of brands have failed expanding internationally in the past. So we need to wait a few years and see but I am also not sold. But I'm biased, I'm more into coffee and had one energy drink in my life which was absolutely discusting, so not in my circle of competence :) Also Monsters and Red Bull are well known not only in energy drinks but in sports, etc. Celsius has a lot of catching up to do to be as well perceived than those 2 brands.
U missed a few key insights: 1- International growth: Monster international sales is 2.7b, where Celsius international sales is around 55m. Considering the big market share acquisition celsius did in the U.S without burning much cash means the product is strong and will likely be successful abroad. 2- pricing power: Celsius is the cheaper drink and have the capabilities to increase their margins on every front. 3- Pepsi inventory mistake: I view this as a positive instead of a negative, it gave the company additional cash way sooner than it supposed to. Therefore more possibilities open up early, hence the recent acquisition of the co packers manufacturing plant, extra marketing expending…etc. Plus with the current capabilities of this company’s management, balance sheet, product, it gives the feel that it can exceed all expectations. After all a healthy energy drink is a great idea.
Their international revenue declined quarter over quarter... not exactly an impressive expansion so far, and definitely no indication it is 'likely to succeed abroad'.
How much has he sold relative to what he owns? Insider sales are hardly representative of whether a stock is going down or up in the future. Like Palantir owners who have been big sellers this year yet the stock is going up 200%.
Thanks for putting in the effort. I agree that Red Bull and Monster are already established brands that will not give up their positions easily. Also I can imagine it's a more narrow audience to encourage people to both make the healthy decision and still buy an energy drink. But clearly the energy drink sector has been interesting to look at historically, so who knows... (I don't own Celcius stocks currently, and I only have a really small position in Monster)

I just turned 51 and awfully late to investing with barely any portfolio except my 401k, I have a decent amount of cash saved up and with inflation currently soaring AGAIN, I’m getting worried about retirement, my intention is to retire at 65 at least, so how best do I maximize my savings of over $500k
Retirement is now more difficult than it was in the past. it's all about balancing your risk tolerance with your long-term goals. Maybe consider speaking to an Adviser to help in diversifying your portfolio to spread out the risk.
Many people often underestimate the effectiveness of a CFA in planning for retirement. Over the past 10 years, my CFA has consistently restructured and diversified my portfolio and expenses, resulting in over Tried doing things on my own at first, failed abysmally at it,tried following a colleague's trading pattern, same result. Now, I need that professional rescue. Please direct me on how to reach a sound CFA
Wow, that's interesting . I've recently been exploring the option of working with an FA too. Any chance you could recommend who you work with?
Stacy Lynn Staples is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
Thanks a lot for the recommendation. I'll send her an email and I hope I'm able to connect with her.
Goes to show the majority is gambling, the amount of people advocating for this, and when it was $50+, is enough to make me uninterested.
I got.some.this guys recommendations. They are pathetic. Always ypu do your due diligence before ypu do anythong.
First!
Thank you Captain Obvious for a long winded recap of what is already know. How about fresh and helpful information that does not include simply jocking your own portfolio.
Found who bought at ATH's 🤣
Does anyone actually drink it? Who likes it?
I do.
I also do
I tested it few months ago, I also gave bunch of them to my colleagues. Pretty much nobody liked it. Its most expensive energy drink here in Czechia (pricier than red bull), more coffeine than neccessary and taste is nothing special - in my social circle considered worse than other energy brands on our market (also offering "healthy" versions).
Canteen at work is always empty of them (2 out of 3 --> ). Tho they buy the 3 flavours box from Costco, Peach thing and Tropical thingy are those always gone, the orange one doesn't sell well
Millenials and women.
One of my industrial stocks is up 15% in one day because if trump does tarrifs they will win big. It's horrible I don't know if its temporary or the beginning of a big jump and I should buy more before it gets more expensive because its still great value but its still in the bad bit of its cycle.
