    Why would you have to seal those seams why do they start leaking

      The gasket sealant used in the original installation either was not sufficient or shrank due to heat and the seal was compromised. This is a common problem on low-sloped metal roofs.

      My area? I travel up and down the east coast to do these projects. From Rhode Island down to Florida and the to Mississippi and the to Texas. So you assume I only work in a small area. My Yukon Denali has 450, 000 miles on the clock. About to give up.
