We had a very simple wedding, nikah done in mosque with minimal guests, barat in isb n walima in lahore with as minimal guests as possible, it brought lots of baraqah in our lives plus it saved us from future debts. We enjoyed our new life with no tension of financial debts ...so guys make life easy for urself n others...and cheers...

Nikah masjid mein karlia pichlay din. 2. Day wedding 1pm to 4pm 2. Banquet pakra Tha toh AC Tha Matlab summer mein bhi day wedding possible hai. 3. 6pm we were home and the guests had left. 4. Because this was a day wedding, we saved money. 2.5 lac ki boking instead of 5.5 lac 5. Honeymoon flight wedding kay dosray din takay oil filled daawatein na khani parain 6. Meri apni gaari mein baaraat gaee. Baghair flowers kay. Didn't wanna ruin the paint or announce pooray Karachi mein k shaadi hogaee hai. Bus ghar paunchna Tha. More than a year later, we feel this was a really smart move. And no it wasn't easy, hum kuch mukhtalif Kar Rahay thay toh resistance bohot face ki thi family aur baroon ki taraf say. Key is smartly negotiate, let the baaray feel Important but slowly work ur way into this. Rebellion mode mein agaye toh haar jao gay. Hope this can inspire those who have the the desire to play it smart but will have to face a lot of resistance if they pursue a smart wedding. Cheers

3:30 😂😂😂 جنید بھائی آپ صحیح کہہ رہے ہو مذاق کے علاوہ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ بھی ایسا ہی ہوا تھا جب انکا نکاح حضرت زینب علیہ سلام کے ساتھ ہوا تھا۔ سورہ احزاب 53 اے لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو ، نبی ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کے گھروں میں بلا اجازت نہ چلے آیا کرو95 نہ کھانے کا وقت تاکتے رہو ۔ ہاں اگر تمہیں کھانے پر بلایا جائے تو ضرور آؤ 96 مگر جب کھانا کھالو تو منتشر ہو جاؤ ۔ باتیں کرنے میں نہ لگے رہو 97 تمہاری یہ حرکتیں نبی کو تکلیف دیتی ہیں ، مگر وہ شرم کی وجہ سے کچھ نہیں کہتے ۔ اور اللہ حق بات کہنے میں نہیں شرماتا ۔ نبی ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کی بیویوں سے اگر تمہیں کچھ مانگنا ہو تو پردے کے پیچھے سے مانگا کرو ، یہ تمہارے اور ان کے دلوں کی پاکیزگی کے لیے زیادہ مناسب طریقہ ہے 98 تمہارے لیے یہ ہرگز جائز نہیں کہ اللہ کے رسول ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کو تکلیف دو 99 ، اور نہ یہ جائز ہے کہ ان کے بعد ان کی بیویوں سے نکاح کرو 100 ، یہ اللہ کے نزدیک بہت بڑا گناہ ہے ۔ صحیح بخاری 4791 جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا سے نکاح کیا تو قوم کو آپ نے دعوت ولیمہ دی، کھانا کھانے کے بعد لوگ ( گھر کے اندر ہی ) بیٹھے ( دیر تک ) باتیں کرتے رہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایسا کیا گویا آپ اٹھنا چاہتے ہیں ( تاکہ لوگ سمجھ جائیں اور اٹھ جائیں ) لیکن کوئی بھی نہیں اٹھا، جب آپ نے دیکھا کہ کوئی نہیں اٹھتا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہو گئے۔ جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہوئے تو دوسرے لوگ بھی کھڑے ہو گئے، لیکن تین آدمی اب بھی بیٹھے رہ گئے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب باہر سے اندر جانے کے لیے آئے تو دیکھا کہ کچھ اب بھی بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں۔ اس کے بعد وہ لوگ بھی اٹھ گئے تو میں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر خبر دی کہ وہ لوگ بھی چلے گئے ہیں تو آپ اندر تشریف لائے۔ میں نے بھی چاہا کہ اندر جاؤں، لیکن نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے اور میرے بیچ میں دروازہ کا پردہ گرا لیا، اس کے بعد آیت ( مذکورہ بالا ) نازل ہوئی «يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تدخلوا بيوت النبي» کہ ”اے ایمان والو! نبی کے گھروں میں مت جایا کرو۔“ آخر آیت تک۔ صحیح بخاری 4793 رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا سے نکاح کے بعد ( بطور ولیمہ ) گوشت اور روٹی تیار کروائی اور مجھے کھانے پر لوگوں کو بلانے کے لیے بھیجا، پھر کچھ لوگ آئے اور کھا کر واپس چلے گئے۔ پھر دوسرے لوگ آئے اور کھا کر واپس چلے، میں بلاتا رہا۔ آخر جب کوئی باقی نہیں رہا تو میں نے عرض کیا: اے اللہ کے نبی! اب تو کوئی باقی نہیں رہا جس کو میں دعوت دوں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اب دستر خوان اٹھا لو لیکن تین اشخاص گھر میں باتیں کرتے رہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم باہر نکل آئے اور عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے حجرہ کے سامنے جا کر فرمایا السلام علیکم اہل البیت ورحمۃ اللہ۔ انہوں نے کہا وعلیک السلام ورحمۃ اللہ، اپنی اہل کو آپ نے کیسا پایا؟ اللہ برکت عطا فرمائے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسی طرح تمام ازواج مطہرات کے حجروں کے سامنے گئے اور جس طرح عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے فرمایا تھا اس طرح سب سے فرمایا اور انہوں نے بھی عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی طرح جواب دیا۔ اس کے بعد نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم واپس تشریف لائے تو وہ تین آدمی اب بھی گھر میں بیٹھے باتیں کر رہے تھے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بہت زیادہ حیاء دار تھے، آپ ( یہ دیکھ کر کہ لوگ اب بھی بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں ) عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے حجرہ کی طرف پھر چلے گئے، مجھے یاد نہیں کہ اس کے بعد میں نے یا کسی اور نے آپ کو جا کر خبر کی کہ اب وہ تینوں آدمی روانہ ہو چکے ہیں۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اب واپس تشریف لائے اور پاؤں چوکھٹ پر رکھا۔ ابھی آپ کا ایک پاؤں اندر تھا اور ایک پاؤں باہر کہ آپ نے پردہ گرا لیا اور پردہ کی آیت نازل ہوئی۔

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا سے نکاح کے بعد ( بطور ولیمہ ) گوشت اور روٹی تیار کروائی اور مجھے کھانے پر لوگوں کو بلانے کے لیے بھیجا، پھر کچھ لوگ آئے اور کھا کر واپس چلے گئے۔ پھر دوسرے لوگ آئے اور کھا کر واپس چلے، میں بلاتا رہا۔ آخر جب کوئی باقی نہیں رہا تو میں نے عرض کیا: اے اللہ کے نبی! اب تو کوئی باقی نہیں رہا جس کو میں دعوت دوں تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اب دستر خوان اٹھا لو لیکن تین اشخاص گھر میں باتیں کرتے رہے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم باہر نکل آئے اور عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے حجرہ کے سامنے جا کر فرمایا السلام علیکم اہل البیت ورحمۃ اللہ۔ انہوں نے کہا وعلیک السلام ورحمۃ اللہ، اپنی اہل کو آپ نے کیسا پایا؟ اللہ برکت عطا فرمائے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسی طرح تمام ازواج مطہرات کے حجروں کے سامنے گئے اور جس طرح عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے فرمایا تھا اس طرح سب سے فرمایا اور انہوں نے بھی عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی طرح جواب دیا۔ اس کے بعد نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم واپس تشریف لائے تو وہ تین آدمی اب بھی گھر میں بیٹھے باتیں کر رہے تھے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بہت زیادہ حیاء دار تھے، آپ ( یہ دیکھ کر کہ لوگ اب بھی بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں ) عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے حجرہ کی طرف پھر چلے گئے، مجھے یاد نہیں کہ اس کے بعد میں نے یا کسی اور نے آپ کو جا کر خبر کی کہ اب وہ تینوں آدمی روانہ ہو چکے ہیں۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اب واپس تشریف لائے اور پاؤں چوکھٹ پر رکھا۔ ابھی آپ کا ایک پاؤں اندر تھا اور ایک پاؤں باہر کہ آپ نے پردہ گرا لیا اور پردہ کی آیت نازل ہوئی۔

In my opinion, the reason parents/relatives get so offended by couples showing love towards each other is because these people did not get this kind of love/experiences in their lives so they cannot digest happiness of others. I think it's more of a jealousy factor than anything else. Imagine if parents/relatives were fulfilled in their lives, why they would object
