Falling off the boat while it is underway is 100% fatal. I liked thost storage boxes on the bow of the Carver because I couldn't slide off the deck with those in the way. The catamaran is way too easy to fall off of.
The paint is nice too. I think this has larger particles so the texture is extremely rough, even compared to coarse nonskid paint. This is probably overkill, but I will never know about the day I would have fallen overboard without this.

Investing time and money in a lot of areas with anti skid is a very good idea! Safety first.
