If you dont eat madeleines within 5-10 minutes you might as well not eat them at all. They have to be eaten warm. This recipe makes no sense.
Thank you for your valuable inputs. Indeed Madeleine can end up dry if you don't know how to make them properly... and sure thing, 90% of bakeries don't know how to make them right 🌞
Plf maybe you can dip them in some sort of syrup or alcohol then. I had never heard nor felt that before
