What caught your eye? Let me know in the comments! As always your support is appreciated. Let's see who we can meet and what we can find!! Cheers, Dave
Another wonderful video from Sandown toy fair. I saw the price on the star wars droids Tig Fromm WOW!!! So many lines out there to collect like Buck Rogers, Chips & MASH. Great video once again.
G'Day Mike!! 🤘 Every time I see Droids or Ewoks, I immediately think Mike will like these LOL Yeah, so many lines... would love to pickup some loose Chips figures. I think they also did the bikes for those 3.75 figures!! 👍
Once again, looks like you all had a great time at Sandown Toy Fair. The last time you were there, I left a comment saying they're looked like there was a lot of 60's/70's toys there and this time it looked like there was even more!! Absolutely fantastic! Loved the Boxed Bravestarr figures and May Dates gun is awesome!
Shabby, loads of 60s/70s this time. Quite a few grails of mine too - Bigfoot, that Shogun Godzilla but they were big bucks!! They still sold though. Yeah, those Bravestarr were lovely, but I was so pleased to find the Mayday gun!! Really want to find the Octopussy Spin Saw but that's also big boy money 🤣
No wonder its your fav Dave 😄Over 500 stalls blows my mind! And the amount of vintage just blows my mind 🤩Those A-Team rack toys look like theyre straight from a rack in 1984 😄 Glad you got to meet the Ed and Grecko and NARC and Matti 🙂Great toy hunt video Dave 👍
Thanks Matt & Andrew!! 👍 Enjoyed this fair even though I wasn't 100% 'with it' due to a late night LOL It was great to meet up with them all and show them around the room. You got me thinking!! Perhaps a rack of some kind would be good for displaying the A-Team cards 🤘
Congrats on the Dune scores! 🪱That gun is minty. Loved the Bond grabs as well. Fantastic video as always sir. Appreciate the video and the positivity towards the toy community. 🤘
Cheers Dez!! 🤘 I hadn't realised it was your first Sandown!! Hope you had a great time, and I know you picked up at least one awesome item, because, it maybe Star Wars 😎
Great Sandown Toy Fair Tour video, Dave. Awesome pick ups and gifts, too. I loved seeing all of those vintage toys, but the carded Flash Gordon figures looked minty fresh and amazing! Thanks for sharing this video, Dave.
Nice tour of the show VTR Dave, thanks! Battle Beasts, I like the pig and snake warriors. Nice! Wheeled Warriors, great in box item there and a cool animated series classic too.
Thanks BlackArro!! 👍 Love the pig LOL It's a line I'm having fun with, just picking up when I see them. Now, I didn't know anything about Wheeled Warriors, completely passed me by, until very recently when a fellow collector, Luke @ Reynolds Reviews introduced them. Cool pieces! 🤘
Oh I must say I’m very envious of you with all those toy legends hanging out with you, hoping and cant wait for behind the collector with Ed, love the pick ups, battle beast so scares here in Australia, I think even I would’ve pulled the trigger on that James Bond gun. Love that goldeneye video display pamphlet. Thanks Dave. Great work.
Hey Dean!! 💪 It was a great evening showing the guys round the collection and sharing a beer or two 👍 Didn't realise Battle Beasts were hard to come by in Aus! They're really cool, it wasn't until about a year ago or so that I started getting into them. Love the Mayday gun - had to pick it up as its Moore era Bond 😎 and thanks to Adam for the promotional pamphlet!! 🤘
Great stuff Dave! Catching up on all my missed videos over the last 2 weeks. Looks like another great Sandown….. 😮 I had no idea they did a line of figures for the Flash Gordon cartoon! I have such great memories of that as a kid. Glad to see the Sandworm in the collection. It can join the ET finger in the top shelf cabinet 🤣
Ha ha! Top shelf display 🤣 Really lucky with the Dune pickups this time! And yeah, Mattel did a line of 8 figures for Flash Gordon - they've been on my list for ages, great looking!! Hope you had a great time in Florida! Why am I asking, of course you did 🤘
Thanks!! 🤘 That Godzilla is a grail item for many including myself. Was talking to Steve about it in the morning, went back later and saw it had sold. Wasn't until I watched Scott's video that I realised he picked it up, and thought, yes!! He's done well 👍
Great video Dave plenty for the eyes to feast on. The Shooting Cane looked interesting, wonder was it based on Steed from the New Avengers. I spied a Crossbows and Catapults game too, had it many years ago. You picked up some really good items too, thanks for sharing!
Hey Jeff! Never seen that Shooting Cane before. Would have picked it up but very expensive, as expected. No idea what it was based on, but loved it had an exploding component to it, very cool!! 👍 Very British 🤣 Believe it or not, never played Crossbows & Catapults!!
Awesome as always Dave! Strangely I tried a gimbal in the early RR days and couldn’t get along with it either! 🤷🏻♂️ But man some of those pick ups!!! Especially A Team. And that boxed saw boss from wheeled warriors!!!!😳 And thanks for the shout out matey 🙏🏻 Great video as always Dave. NOW GET SOME SLEEP!😂
Right, I've had some sleep now, but still not enough 🤣 What is it with Gimbals, perhaps they're the biggest con ever!! Thought you'd like that Wheeled Warriors 👍 They are cool! And now I spot them ever since you mentioned them. Definitely happy with the pickups this time 🤘 Cheers Luke!
Hey Dave👋I’m not sure I could have walked past that Crossbow & Catapults set… always wanted one!! So many great items there and Ed and the gang too… looks like you had a great time. Super selection of pick-ups too…. I’m nearly sure I had the A-Team target set. Fantastic👌
Hey Craig! The Crossbow & Catapults set seems very popular. I've never played it!!! Yeah, it was a great fair this time, met loads & very pleased with the pickups! 🤘 Ha, funny how these fairs triggers faint memories 👍
You should Dave, you'd really enjoy it! Now, I had to check the A-Team card and at first I thought, no way, but the 2nd target is holding a pistol facing directly at you. Slightly disappointed 🤣
How cool is that Mayday gun 😎 Great find Dave, also I've got the Battle Beasts guide and I'm up to 5 now 😂 You always seem to go home with the coolest stuff. Great seeing you and Great video Dave.
Thanks Kev! 🤘 The Mayday gun is awesome!! Really enjoying collection Roger Moore era pieces 👍 Ha, up to 5 already!! LOL That Andy has a lot to answer for 🤣
Great stuff, Dave. I was contemplating a visit but think I would have been a bit pushed for time this time around. A little gutted to miss it after seeing that!
Mate great video as always, that’s amazing the phone cards go with the other press kit, I didn’t have a clue but I’ll say I did as it makes me look better lol - glad DCB June liked PA stuff
Ha!! Yeah, go with that Adam 🤣 Couldn't believe they were associated with the same promotion, how fortunate was that 👍 Oh yeah, DCB loves the Police Academy bits 🤘
The Flash Gordon figures look great. Never seen these overhere. Great video as always. Best toy fair experience so far for you😉 but what would you make of Joefest 😁 who knows. Great video, cheers mate
Mattel Flash Gordon is definitely a future collection! They're great figures. Would love to visit JoeFest - would make so many memories and plenty of pickups. Cheers Chris 👍
Gday Dave, what a fantastic toy fair loved all your content in the video especially the DUNE pieces you picked up, I’ve got all the figures loose but mint with accessories & the worm & large spice scout vehicle both mint in box I need the 2 guns & 3 smaller vehicles it’s such a great line not to big & the movie is so quirky good love it , cheers mate , Muzz from oz 🇦🇺
Hey Muzz! 🇬🇧 You have a nice collection of Dune - finding all those accessories is tough! I've never seen the large spice scout in person, so cool. Which area of Aus are you from?
Awesome pickups, the Dune line looks great. I had a few Battle Beasts as a kid, not sure I will jump down another rabbit hole with those, lol. I didn't see that Skystriker, how did I miss that.
Cheers Stu!! Yeah, having fun picking up LJN Dune - it's a cool, quirky line. If you do fall down the rabbit hole of Battle Beasts, just blame Andy, we all do. Mind you, I don't think we're going to hear the last of them with Adam now falling for them!! 🤣 Pretty big that Skystriker, maybe you really do need to wear your glasses LOL
Interesting to see The(non-marvel) Avengers toys, that dart-cane was sweet. Boy George being "The outrageous boy of rock?" always makes me laugh, he definitely leaned into brand marketing when you consider his A-team episode heh. Sweet A-team toys btw, the carded aspect will look nice displayed on the wall. Nice LJN Dune pickup, I was just looking up "the worm" recently so neat to see it out of the box. Not taken the plunge yet but good to hear which accessories they come with for hunting. ReAction ones aren't bad, next to Alien those are attractive to me. 13:20 That UFO Ellis figure is pretty nice albeit pricey. Hmm ABBA dolls, have to show my Mum that.😉 Wow quite the outing and seeing all those collectors at the same time sounds cool. Lots of cool stuff but right at the end that Mego Ali would have been something I'd likely have bought from that show.
I love Sandown because of the array of stuff, but timing always seems a bad fit for me and I haven’t made it for a couple of years. Loved those minty Karate Kid figures 👌
Definitely worth a visit if you can! It's not often you see Karate Kid like that at shows, especially with the accessories. If I didn't have them, I would have picked them up 👍
Loved the look of the dick Tracy carded figures particularly lips manlis 😍. One i need to add one day. Didn’t realise that the Dune sandworms are that pricey; great you got a good deal. Baron H!!! Awesome fig. Amazing pick ups Dave!
Hey Ed! 👍 At the NEC one of the dealers had The Blank - I'd never seen one before in person but that has sparked my interest in the Dick Tracy line. Mind you, the price of that Blank puts me off again 🤣 However, am loving collecting LJN Dune! Yeah, the Sandworm demands a fair wack for what it is, but you don't see them too often. The figures are great!!!
really excellent video ty. A daft question but is the Sandown fair always in Nov or run bi-annually? and as a visitor how would you recommend keeping up to date with the event as it comes around? thanks again for any guidance.. mtfbwu-a
Thanks! 👍 Not a daft question... there's actually 4 Sandown shows per year. All the dates are published for next year at www.bpfairs.com/sandown-park.html. BP fairs who organise them, also host fairs at other locations too - all on the site 🤘
What caught your eye? Let me know in the comments! As always your support is appreciated. Let's see who we can meet and what we can find!! Cheers, Dave
we had an absolute blast checking out your collection thanks again for the nice dinner and cheecky beers cheers matti x
Hey Matti (I've been spelling your name wrong DOH) - it was a fun evening for sure, loved showing off the collection, and sharing a beer or two 🤘
Thanks for the guided tour,Sir Dave. It was all worth watching.
Thanks Oliver!! 🤘 Sir... I'm usually called many other things 🤣
Another wonderful video from Sandown toy fair. I saw the price on the star wars droids Tig Fromm WOW!!! So many lines out there to collect like Buck Rogers, Chips & MASH. Great video once again.

Excellent pickups! Great video once again Dave!
Thanks Nate!! A good day all round 👍
G'day Dave, Wonderful video , Excellent pick ups. Thanks for Sharing. Cheers.
Thanks Teriyaki! 🤘

Great video and fantastic pick-ups: LJN Dune is superb!
Hey BOE! Thanks, yeah loving LJN Dune at the moment 👍 Very impressed with your Star Trek pickup 🤘

Thanks!!! Very happy with the Dune pickups! And yeah, putting the pockets of drama to one side, our community is incredible 👍
Enjoyed this! The Dune gun looks great!
Thanks! 👍 Yeah, really enjoying picking up Dune at the moment!
Great video as always VTR. We thoroughly enjoyed our first Sandown fair, especially meeting up with members of the community
Cheers Dez!! 🤘 I hadn't realised it was your first Sandown!! Hope you had a great time, and I know you picked up at least one awesome item, because, it maybe Star Wars 😎
Another awesome show Dave and super pickups.
Cheers Conor! 👍 Really pleased with all the pickups, especially the Dune pieces 🤘
Great Sandown Toy Fair Tour video, Dave.
Awesome pick ups and gifts, too.
I loved seeing all of those vintage toys, but the carded Flash Gordon figures looked minty fresh and amazing!
Thanks for sharing this video, Dave.
Cheers Kieron - yeah, loved those Flash Gordon. I can see a loose collection happening at some point 😎
Nice tour of the show VTR Dave, thanks! Battle Beasts, I like the pig and snake warriors. Nice! Wheeled Warriors, great in box item there and a cool animated series classic too.

Awesome 👏🏼. That Crossbows and Catapults game brought some memories flooding back! Great Dune pickups! 👍🏽
Hey Gary 🤘 I've never played Crossbows and Catapults but I know everyone raves about it! Really pleased with the Dune pickups 👍
Great stuff Dave! Catching up on all my missed videos over the last 2 weeks. Looks like another great Sandown….. 😮 I had no idea they did a line of figures for the Flash Gordon cartoon! Mate great walk around video. Some nice bits you picked up also thanks for the catch up chat. 👍
Thanks Kezz! and also for that last bit of encouragement on the A-Team pieces 🤣
Great video Dave, looks like a busy weekend. Unfortunately Sandown is a bit far for me, but it looks like a good fair. 👍
I love your videos and your content!👍
Greetings from Germany
Kind Regards
Marc
Thanks Marc! 🤘 Really appreciate your kind words 👍
Back to Sandown! Good stuff, cool finds. Neat the Dune stuff lol pretty neat.
Hey Antonio! Yeah, back to Sandown, and also back to the Thai restaurant 😎 Loving the Dune pickups 👍
@VintageToyRush oh yum that place was very good!
Nice Video Dave, and some cool pick ups. My fav was the Shogun Godzilla i was very temped. I'm happy Scott picked it up lol
Thanks!! 🤘 That Godzilla is a grail item for many including myself. Was talking to Steve about it in the morning, went back later and saw it had sold. Wasn't until I watched Scott's video that I realised he picked it up, and thought, yes!! He's done well 👍
Love the Battle Beast Cobra and Pig pickups… they are so cool.
I’d love to start collecting them again one day.
Thanks!! I'm still blaming Andy's toys and models for the Battle Beasts collection 🤣 But they are cool!! 👍
Great video Dave plenty for the eyes to feast on. The Shooting Cane looked interesting, wonder was it based on Steed from the New Avengers. I spied a Crossbows and Catapults game too, had it many years ago. You picked up some really good items too, thanks for sharing!

Great video as always Dave.
Looks like a great fair. I really must head up there one day. Is one of the targets on the A-team set flipping the finger?
You should Dave, you'd really enjoy it! Now, I had to check the A-Team card and at first I thought, no way, but the 2nd target is holding a pistol facing directly at you. Slightly disappointed 🤣
Nice baby toys
How cool is that Mayday gun 😎
Great find Dave, also I've got the Battle Beasts guide and I'm up to 5 now 😂
You always seem to go home with the coolest stuff. Great seeing you and Great video Dave.
Thanks Kev! 🤘 The Mayday gun is awesome!! Really enjoying collection Roger Moore era pieces 👍 Ha, up to 5 already!! LOL That Andy has a lot to answer for 🤣
Great video mate and always good to see you. Gutted I missed the crossbow and catapults set, been looking for one for a while. 👍
Cheers Keith!! Good to see you and your good wife 👍 Seems that Crossbow & Catapults is really popular. I've never played it!! I know, I know 😎
@ it’s great fun mate
Great stuff, Dave. I was contemplating a visit but think I would have been a bit pushed for time this time around. A little gutted to miss it after seeing that!
Cheers Adam! 🤘 Yes, you need to visit Sandown, just so I can hear you say "these are the droids I'm looking for" 🤣
Awesome video as always even though we don´t collect the same kinda stuff. I need to save up some cash and get over to Sandown.
Thanks! Definitely worth a visit! With 500 stalls, there's always way more than I show on the videos 👍
We should blame Andy for alot of Mini Figure collections recently. Great vid ❤
Yeah definitely. I'm sticking with it's Andy's fault 😎
The Flash Gordon figures look great. Never seen these overhere. Great video as always. Best toy fair experience so far for you😉 but what would you make of Joefest 😁 who knows. Great video, cheers mate

Yes indeed, very happy with them 👍
Slightly jelly of the dune stuff.
Think we should organise a weekend hunt in sunny Essex sometime
Ha! Yeah, really enjoying the Dune bits. Must be some good places over in Essex for hunting! 👍

Yeah, loads of rave reviews on YT - it was just a pain to use and also really flaky!!
Y'all cn narc Dave?🤠🇬🇧. Ace is on the case Dave🚬🇺🇸
Ha!! 💪🇬🇧🇺🇸🎅
WOW, MATCHBOX ABBA Set cost how much??? 😮
Cool set!! There wasn't a price as they're going to be on an auction site (C&T Auctions) 👍
