Hi Phil, I have just watched Château life, then see you working on Billys rustbucket! I can’t believe how talented you are and your tenacity in view of what you have to do at the Château. Do take care of yourself you haven’t been well, and it seems as if you really never stop working. Thank you so much for the Vlogs I enjoy watching both of your channels. 👌🏻❤️❤️❤️💝🇦🇺
This vehicle is going to be pristine when you get done with it. You are a good man with epic work ethics. I do enjoy watching both of your channels equally.
I'm hoping that the van engine is still ok for you... You are doing a grand job... Your car looks great after a good tidy and clean. Van doesn't look too horrible either... but the rover... oi... loads of work there... don't envy you but I know you can do it. Hopefully the mower and the chipper are easy fixes... good luck Phil!
It is all going to be fine in the end. Once you get the forest Range Rover completed things will look and feel better. You are a great mechanic Phil and you can do whatever you set your mind to. Have a great day
Wow! No wonder it’s taken a while with Billy’s Range Rover you basically have to replace most parts. You’re doing a terrific job by the way. I enjoy watching, Thanks for the video
You are doing great! Some people take years to do a restoration on a car! I am glad that you are replacing body panels! I was thinking to weld them would be hard. Fun getting everything apart! Hope that you feel better soon. Having a lift sure helps!
I admire your dedication and patience Phil. You are going above and beyond the call of duty, friendship. I hope you check in with someone to make sure you are alive and ok at the end of the day. I worry about that. Thank you may you please take care and stay safe. Louisa. 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩
Ugggh. My worst nightmare would be a rusted wheel well in the front. First, I couldn't get a new panel on this side of the pond. Second it would be a huge job for me.
Hi Phil, how about organising a working bee at your home..put on a bar-b-que as a reward for helping you. They could also help you in the workshop…you deserve some from those you willingly helped. Take care, get some rest. Cheers Trish NZ🙏🙋♀️🍻🫶
I want to see where the sink goes. I needed to change a thermostat and everyone said it will only take 10 minutes. After the bolt snapped off it only took 3 days the fix. Your dedication is amazing.
I think you need some help. Could you hire an intern that would love to work and learn from a master? You would be such an excellent teacher and your projects would move along quicker. Just a thought.
Glad you know what your doin Phil, your the specialist. One should never call some one an expert, eX is and unknown quantity, and spert is a drip under pressure Doin well m8, stay vertical.
👍👍👍 Hi Phil, gosh Billie’s ‘forest car’ is so time consuming for you, fix one thing and another problem appears … is it imperative that you complete the restoration right away? For you to put on your summer events at the chateau the grounds need to be in order. Maybe the mower and chipper could be overhauled first, then out of the garage and back at the chateau. You really are a brute for punishment 😃…. back to England to pick up two more vehicles?? Take care of yourself, stay safe and happy. Give Lightening a big hug he’s lovely. Judy
asking a question can you treat the new pieces against rust b4 reattaching them to the frame of the classic? if so prolong their life there. got to know abt engine mower set for another season your wheels to go here & there put pieces in places where you work on the auto then clean up. if its a deisel its kranky but if its gas its done move on to new engine. loved working on cars engines w/ my dad! it always brings back good mrmories! Crack on !
It will be done eventually as we all know it's a part-time hobby sure Billy is in no hurry. I am amazed what you have managed so far. My only query is if you can't get the part say it's not being produced I suppose you would have to manufacture something yourself. Always interesting to catchup on what you are doing so don't worry about slacking off as you have plenty of other things to get on with. Your health is very important than any hobby or work. It would have been interesting if you had a student volunteer someone who wanted to lean how to do this themselves to give you a hand.
Hi Phil, been watching this series for a long time, some advice on the RRC front end, take the scuttle panel off (the bit between the bonnet and windscreen) and have a look at the top of the bulkhead, it can hide loads of nasties!
I really hope Billy is paying you what you’re worth for this sieve 😂. Can’t believe your Range Rover is that old, it looks very nice. Take care lovely. K🇬🇧❤️
That thing is built like crap no wonder they rust all the small panels stitched together and no seam sealer. Why not just replace the whole front clip?
I don't understand why the English keep driving right hand wheel cars. They must be cheaper in UK than second hand ones in France. Downside you cannot sell these ones in France either. Get rid of the junk as it cost too much money and it is time-consuming. You have better stuff to do. Get a nice diesel pick up for the industrial stuff en use the land-rover for the dinner drives and travels to UK.
Never ever takes this on again. The hobby of Billy is not the same as your hobby. I have seen this twice in my family's garage. Customers thought as it was THEIR hobby it would not cost as much as normal daily car repairs for normal customers....wrong! I even had to collect the money for 1 job from this hobby customer as he thought it was for free.
Its all cool i am not British so just wonder what made this car so special now i know, are you going to do some rust improvement things with panels so they dont rust as easy as,from the factory? @@philscarchronicles

I admire your optimism in the face of such rust-riddled adversity
Sounds a bit like my current financial situation!! 😂😂😂
Big word Adversity, had to look it up. Good word, I like it.
Of course we watch chateau life 🎉❤
You are a busy guy
Great to see you Phil
Hope you feel better 😊
Lots of projects Phill. You're doing very well in my opinion for what it's worth. Keep on keepin' on.
The work and $$$ signs are clicking up!!

Fingers crossed the engine isn’t ruined Phil! You need a good piece of luck to happen finally.
A true rebuild…You can do anything you set your mind to do. Quite a challenge for a talented man!
Great work! Car is looking pretty and well loved!😊❤
You are definitely going to have to charge Billy for your time and labor on fixing the rust bucket.👍
Holy smokes you’ve got a to do list at the shop 😮.
It is all going to be fine in the end. Once you get the forest Range Rover completed things will look and feel better. You are a great mechanic Phil and you can do whatever you set your mind to. Have a great day
I am looking forward to the day Billy gives this to Ernest.
It may take that long just to repair all the rust! 😮😂
@@danielulz1640And, seeing Phil's work; it will be an awesome 1st Car for Ernest.

It will be beautiful when your done. Hope you feel better soon.
You are just incredible, Phil 🎉.
I always wished I had been able to do everything myself .
Keep up the momentum, matey ❤
That RR looks like it spent time in Nova Scotia. A lot of salt is used on the roads here during our long winters.
Well done,Phil, on cleaning the car. Good luck with the other two cars.❤
Your 21 year old vehicle she still looks good and drives still.❤️
It never rains but it pours! Your plate is definitely full but I am confident that you will conquer…one job at a time. Keep on keeping on! 🙏❤️
I really enjoy your videos! You are doing a great job.
Phil, I love and watch both your channels. Hope you feel better soon.
Cheers
Feel better soon 🌞💐
So much work so little time, love the chateau videos as well, thank you for sharing 😊 you are a clever man of all trades😅
Good morning. Good to see you again.😊👍

you are quite literally rebuilding that car inch by inch
Be safe and careful.☺️👍🙏

I would work on getting the wood chipper done, then the lawn mower, and then the VW van and worry about the Land Rover later!!!👍
That is a nice riding lawnmower ☺️
This car will owe Phil its new life 3x over...
wish you could clean my car--it looks great!
Me and my mates schedule a "Garage Day" when things get where you need "help". Buy a sixer and get your chums in there to help!
Ugggh. My worst nightmare would be a rusted wheel well in the front. First, I couldn't get a new panel on this side of the pond. Second it would be a huge job for me.
I agree that what is old should be made new again, and not just throwing out.

I am sure you will figure out what needs to be done 1st and fixed just worry about Billy rust bucket for another time!!! 👍
Someday this to will be fixed an looking like a brand new transporter😂😂😂
Do Range Rovers begin rusting whilst still on the assembly line? 🤔 😂
Good luck with the VW van. I hope that it is not too bad.
Your shop looks like my yard 😂 so many things to do to vehicles
I need the motivation to even go out to look ☹️ and we are going into winter 🥶
I want to see where the sink goes. I needed to change a thermostat and everyone said it will only take 10 minutes. After the bolt snapped off it only took 3 days the fix. Your dedication is amazing.
Well…you shouldn’t be at a loss for something to do for quite a long while 😊
You are doing an amazing job on the Range Rover, I’m sad that someone just left it in a forest to rot. I can’t wait to see it back on the road 👍
I think you need some help. Could you hire an intern that would love to work and learn from a master? You would be such an excellent teacher and your projects would move along quicker. Just a thought.
And just where in the Rover is that kitchen sink going?? ;-))
gas fill location, make things real easy to place the gas nozzle.

Does Billy know you are installing a bar sink in the rover?
And the under floor beer keg with the tap handle on the dashboard!😂

Did you Sell your Share in The Pub/ Bar in France for the Garage??
No
Busy busy busy Phil ❤
Where do you put the kitchen sink...inside Billy's rust mobile?
finish your things all of them then work on Billy's one vehicle
❤❤❤❤❤
Where does the sink go?

Why is this worth saving? Something i am missing?
Apart from being 1 of only 200 balmoral editions ever made
