I always liked Yumi but I feel she would have done _much_ better most of the time if she focused more on dodging or defending instead of flipping around.
I honestly think yumi should be the best lyoko fighter given her martial arts background. She literally has the coolest powers and weapons, with telekinesis and those fans she shouldn’t miss any targets. It sucks that they make her miss most of her targets, gets eliminated easily and needs saving from the boys and this “save the girl trope” is very evident as odd and Ulrich don’t have those instances as much as yumi and aelita. Yumi is literally my favorite in and out of lyoko 😫 I wanted more for her

Season 2 really showed how strong Yumi in reality really is, too. Season 2 was definitely better for her.
they recycled animation ALOT during s1 and s2. They reduced it in s3 and s4.
That's why I love season 2.

That’s because the Scenes in english weren’t always in High Quality so I had to use the French Version while keeping the Dialogues in English.
