@Michael Green So the scanner makes a copy of your atoms to materialise you and delete your original atoms? So every time they step into the scanner they're burned alive or murdered/deleted some other way?
One thing I just realized rewatching this again, they imply that if anyone dies during Xana's attacks, they can't be revived. If that is the case, then if Xana kills someone and then everything gets reset, people will wake up to just dead bodies or people just straight missing without knowing why.
I thought about this as a teenager, actually. The implication is 100% that if you had a heart attack and they reversed time, it would be like you never woke up that day to begin with. Kinda messed up.
MVP: Yumi, for giving Jeremy the idea to revive Aelita and giving Sissi that untended death threat. That was funny. Unsung Hero: Odd, for figuring out what's going on, and trying to rescue his dog and the two little girls from death. Biggest Loser: Jeremy but I know programming can be tough.

I’m assuming Aelita’s hair had the root tip intact because otherwise one cannot isolate nuclear dna (mitochondrial however - yes) from the hair alone 👀
i always yank out my hair hard enough for that all to come out with blood and everything
Even though I've seen the entire series several times over, this episode always gets me choked up like crazy.
I’ve watched this show plenty of times, just found out it’s on RUclips and binging it again, I feel so bad for Aelita anytime I see this episode 😭😭😭
ya this is awesome - i thought i'd need to find it on putlxcker or something
Why does yumi have ulrich's voice at 9:13 to 9:16
+Eternal- Orb it maybe an error
+Givo1998 it's a xana attack
Eternal- Orb holy shit your right
the studio translate made error mistake
some transgender maybe 😆😆😆
8:32-8:34 Kiwi is laughing at Jeremy right now
It’s honestly super wholesome to see Jeremy and Aelita interact when the world isn’t about to end.
I like how the whole dorm most likely knows about Kiwi the dog but they
don't tell Jim or any other staff member about him.
6:10
Me:*wiggles eyebrows* Ooh lala my ship alarm is going off!
Stop right there, I’m calling the police
Title: "By a Hair's Breadth"
Video: "Just In Time"
Eh, probably a mistranslation from French to English.
Well, you're right!
The original title is "D'un cheveu".
I think the “Hair’s Breadth” title is more creative since Jeremy starts out materializing Aelita’s hair.
It's because "By a Hair's Breadth" is the actual name of the episode.
Unrequited love has taken a dark turn when one briefly takes literal possession of the others body for a moment and no one raises a finger.
9:13 What the hell did Yumi and Ulrich just swapped bodies a second ago?
I'm surprised by how genuinely nice Sissi was when she was worried by Odd and the little girls. Sometimes she redeems herself.
Cartoon Network made the right choice at picking this
5:23 when your girlfriend is pissed
I'm in my goddamn twenties and yet I still can't understand what the hell Jeremy is talking about.
...well at least I can understand more than I could when I was a kid...
Lol me 2, but I haven't yet entered my twenties.
does Ulrich really have to say IMPACT when he stabs something? that's like punching something and then yelling PAIN before you do it
You mean you don't do that when you punch things?
Many shows and games have characters shouting out loud their moves. Maybe Ulrich is just a fan of some. Or maybe not. They're that widespread after all.
At least he isn't saying something ridiculous, like "DYNAMITE KICK!" or "MEGATON PUNCH!" like a certain airheaded martial artist we're all familiar with.
@@OfficialBulldozerStudios lol yeah at least he isn't firing an oversized anime gun and shouting "BLOODTHUNDER BULLETHELL BALLISTIC RAIN!!!" at the top of his lungs like 10 whole seconds before it fires xd
Falcooooooon punch!
9:14
Waaaaaait one second, did Yumi and Ulrich swap bodies for a second?
Thank you! I was wondering why nobody mentioned this
1:57 _🎵Aelita!🎵_
🤣🤣🤣 I CRACKED MYSELF UP WHEN THEY SAID IT LIKE THAT!!!
3.25 - Aelita is so cute as usual❤
5.25 - I wonder what happens if she gives you a firm handshake
8.38 - You gotta love the funny moments shared by the two geniuses
8.47 - When yo realise this show wont be getting a reboot
9.15 - That one caught me off guard
12.11 - Is it ever stated how much power XANA actually has?
15.39 - Werent the monsters on a path under them? cause i cant imagine these things haveing hops
19.00 - Im amazed at how calm they can be while 3 crabs surround em , also cant aelita use her teraform ability to close one of the openings? or yuumi her telekenises to lift one of the crabs? or i guess they would need to concentrate
19.57 - Even if shes deleted by doing that she still puts the world over her own wishes, you gotta love her selflessnes
22.20 - In all honesty i cried here first time i saw this, i really thought she was gone for some reason, happy she wasnt tho
22.53 - Floor must be real comfy in the tower huh?
9:16 yumi switched voices with ulrich😂
Unicorn Girl it’s a glitch
Yami Givo i know 😁😁
WARNING:PAPER MARIO THE ORIGAMI KING SPOILERS!
21:13 Me just before Bobby's Death in Paper Mario The Origami King
23:00 Xana pulse. Very subtle & ominous of what's to come when Alieta's finally gets "successfully" remateriazaled into the real world.
2:36 Airhead. XD Fits everyone in this show ...
Yumi: *breaks a glass with one hand*
Me: *can't even open a bag of chips with two hands*
Jeremy got "segmentation fault" 😂
Aelita’s sacrifice was really touching
Wow, Odd uses the title in his script. Nice.
I love the ending and how she used telekinesis to levitate before being debirtualized
I just realised something, towards the end of the episode when they brought aelita back, you see xana's pulse thing, anyone else think that they helped bring back aelita? Cause he does end up needing her in later episodes.
Glad I wasnt thr only one that noticed that. Very ominous of whats to come.
Especially considering they wouldn't have a reason to not pull the plug on xana anymore without aelita
.......First episode........I ever saw.....
Nostalgia, I am yours.
Same here.
This episode raises a question... Is that Aelita or is it a clone Jeremy created?
Well technically the scanner completely takes you apart atom by atom so every time you materialize it is a clone.
Michael Green .... true so basically Jeremy has killed his friends literally hundreds of times
Vigor The Sloth But are they really mere clones if they still remember everything?
@@andrewesser560 SHIT whatever they are I smell a lawsuit. this is mad unethical
@Michael Green So the scanner makes a copy of your atoms to materialise you and delete your original atoms? So every time they step into the scanner they're burned alive or murdered/deleted some other way?
Jeremy's adorable.
Stop right there, I’m calling the police
8:24 the way Aelita looks shook as if he yelled at her 😭
Aelita and Jeremy are too cute 🥰
DID I JUST HEARED CODICO LYOKO IN THE OPENING
Yes you did
2:02, Ulrich takes a phenomenal beating ! He was not ready 😂
