@@ElectronicSecret i was able to reset the smart hub in the normal menu. But i need to install hotstar and this app is not avilable in the samsung store, any idea?
Ok I used mute,1,8,2 and power to get into the standby mode. THEN I had to toggle through each option to find the smart hub reset after doing so I hit reset and went into the menu after powering unit off and back on, then I was able to reset smart hub he left out steps.
My modele is samsung ua40f5500ar and its not getting any wieless connection means when we select wireless option then its only serching and didn't catch any network. PLEASE TELL SOME SOLUTION
I will tell you the solution, 1st try factory reset and do the initial setup again, It will also ask for the Wi-Fi connection, Put your Tv in standby,press info+menu+mute+power key from remote and service menu will open, Do a factory reset here, I have videos on how to factory reset Samsung tv on my channels, Latterly I will share same model video and initial setup
