DR. Mungli, I dont know you from anywhere but you have really made the concepts very clear. There is no other way to simplify it again. Thanks for your effort and keep up with the good work. 🤩😍🤩
Very explanatory. Exceptional lecture. Just wished you could have discussed causes of yellow greasy stool with bowel burning and burning in the flank area
Thank you Dr Mungil now I defintely know I have hepitatis. You basically broke it down to the chemical and biological level. I am going to get tested for hepitatis today and ask my doctor to immediately perscribe anti-viron mediciaton. Thank you so much for your help
Unconjugated bilirubin is insoluble and is NOT excreted in the urine. It is the conjugated bilirubin when exceeds more than 20% of total in blood is found in the urine.
Sir one doubt Conjugated bilirubin in intestine gets unconjugated to form urobilinogen, out of this 20% goes enterohepatic circulation, some of it is excreted ....but since it is unconjugated (urobilinogen) how can it be excreted in kidney?
Nice explanation...sir but one doubt,How conjugated bilurubin came in to urine in hepatic jaundice case...Actually urobilinogen is entering to entro hepatic circulation...then from where CB comes?
I've tried alot of drs for jaundice and I was lost masjid k maulvi sahab se quran Pak k zariyeh ilaj kara Raha hn 9 days now my eyes are getting whiter warna mjhe lagta tha m marjaonga

U are great

Thank u sir
One doubt.Unconjugated bilirubin is water INSOLUBLE..If so then how is it getting excreted in kidney?

In viral hepatitis
Congugated or uncongugated bilirubinis high or both
Nice explanation...sir but one doubt,How conjugated bilurubin came in to urine in hepatic jaundice case...Actually urobilinogen is entering to entro hepatic circulation...then from where CB comes?
It is due to leakage from the inflamed hepatocytes.
they moved awey in cinocodes of hepatocytes
🙌🙌🙌
is there any kind of jaundice that can't be healed but it doesn't makes any effects on body
Yes like in Gilbert syndrome.
can decreased urobilinogen occur in hepatic jaundice?
I dont think so
Would missing the last two injections of Hepatitis b vaccine cause damage. I only had the first injection. I am yellowish by the way .
Indirect 0.9 direct 1.3 total 2.2 billurbin
Bhai shi hua apka...
Sir difference between bilinogen and bilin?
hari gan billinogen converts into billin after oxidation...
how about stercobilin?
it is the urobilin form seen in the feces.
beta glucuronoid enzyme ? 2:53
