Yo Draymond, I appreciate you always telling it how it is. I'm coming from being a lifelong SA fan to following Steve to GSW tho I'm always gonna hope that SA gets it together again someday.
If you watch every one of San Antonio's games this season it is kinda the same thing when they lose - they usually keep it close for 3 quarters and then something or another happens where they fall apart. This is with or without Wemby.
They got some power in that young team and can pull some surprises against top tier knowledge when the moment comes to take advantage. I don't count them out in the future but that's for them to prove.
Personally I hope it's GSW or Denver this year. But respect to every team and player that competes for the chip.

Everyone watching this podcast, but Draymond gets no love as he should. This channel is one of those that will blow up decades from now and it will be well worth it. You can tell Draymond is a fucking AWESOME human being overall. I kind of feel bad for him, because he's done so much and taken on so much from everyone and still speaks his mind. He's mostly right also, people can't stand a winner like him so they try to force him out the league, which is so corny. I'm rocking with Draymond till the end no matter where he is regardless! That's a 4x CHAMPION, who is addicted to the game like no other and started this basketball podcast shit. The real ones know Dray, and we see you and love you man. You're a great human!

Draymond - What would you think of a "bad boy" line-up for the Dubs: you + Loony + Tray? I was thinking such a frontline could work well against the Nuggets front line. I could see Loon doing strong "body up" banging with you or TJD coming from behind or from the side to block the shot and protect the rim.

On a day to day basis sabonis is way more consistent. But in a must win situation I'm taking AD everytime.

Draymond being DPOY of course can be valued more when your team has the better defense but it is in the end a player accolade and not a team one.
He is the best blocker, and has overall a good defense with steals and rebounds.
You add on top his record performances this year and his scoring why should he not be DPOY! And there is no player in the NBA that is more feared in the paint!
It is crazy how many time you see players try a dunk or a layup on him and just before going to the rim they change their mind and drop a weak pass.

It’s proven apparent this season that when you’re not in the game we lose 🤷🏼♀️ We don’t want you playing through serious pain and potentially aggravating an injury though. Everyone in the NBA laughs now at the Warriors and thinks it is so sad these old guys are sticking around when they have clearly lost their skills.
The problem is we don't have enough SHORT guards who cannot defend and cannot shoot any baskets We need more short armed guys like Podz and Chris Paul. Podz was a horrific 4 out of 12 for field goals and Chris Paul was also an attrocious 4 out of 12 for shooting. That is just 33% shooting. If they gave those shots to Kuminga instead, the Warriors would have won. Or look at Klay Thompson who went for 3 out of 13 or just 23%; remember Klay is making $40 million and he shoots worse than a G-leaguer and as bad as Jordan Poole. And Andrew Wiggins still sucks with 5 out of 12 shooting. Jesus Christ; 4 of the players were shooting around 25%; how can you expect to win? Bench all of them or just tell them to give the ball to Kuminga and let him do all the scoring.
It's called basketball. And in basketball, not everyone wins...
