How come i can seated OHP 165 for 5 reps but i cant standing press 135lbs for 1 rep?
Seated you have back pad and seat to support your mid back, core and lower back. So you are locked in. Standing all those muscle points have to do the actual supporting and not locked in.

YOu said it yourself, coach a gets in shape and teach others to get in shape aswell.. Well to me the coach atleast knows how to get in shape, since he/she done it before .NO? And therefor knows atleast one or two things to teach others how to get in shape aswell..
Staying in shape however, requieres a whole other mentality and toolset .. Different beasts same animal 🥴
